Well I arrived to look at mattresses, and I was greeted by Joshua… right away I felt comfortable and happy that I chose the right place! We chatted a minute, he made me laugh, and he went on to ask about my needs. He then showed me options and explained the differences of each. I was able to sit and lay on each mattress to find my comfort level. We discussed price with no pressure and he let me have time to make my choice. He also offered a mattress protector Option and explained the warranty. Noah was also there, so I was able to meet him and he will be delivering my mattress tomorrow! Super Happy and highly recommend if your looking for a Quality Mattress with reasonable price options!!!

My new mattress purchase was AMAZING from beginning to end. I found exactly what I was looking for...a soft king memory foam mattress, box springs and a frame. Worked with Noah, who is so darling and sincere, and we worked out a great price for the package. They even delivered everything to my home!! Noah was so kind and accommodating when helping us pick which mattress was best for us. It was quite the investment but was a great savings compared to market price for our brand. You get to try a comfortable model in the store, but the downside is that if the new mattress you take home doesn’t match that comfort, you’re just stuck with a very expensive mattress as “comfort” isn’t covered under warranty. Comfort is the main selling point of the mattress, and for the amount of money you spend, you just want reassurance that you’re covered no matter what. We’ll see how it goes!

I highly recommend Box Drop Mattress & Furniture! I originally found this amazing place on FB Market. I reached out to Kristina. She was kind, very informative and quick in responding! I We came to pick up the mattress which was GREAT quality, very soft and still had the plastic over it. They have a variety of mattresses for a great price! When we arrived to the store Noah (Kristina’s cousin) assisted us from the beginning to end! He was knowledgeable, also kind & even helped my Husband strap the mattress down on top of our car. These folks are fantastic. I found them in the marketplace on Facebook. I needed two new mattresses and frames and I got some beautiful Beautyrests, still in the plastic. My husband and I walked out with a little more than a thousand out of pocket for the lot and got quality. This place is husband and wife owned. The service is personable and attentive. They do have a payment plan, you don't need good credit to get it. They can set you up to pay weekly or monthly. The monthly will cost more. They want you to walk out with something you will love. They do deliver for a small fee. If you are in the market for a bed, come see these folks first. You won't be sorry. They even have the zero gravity bed frame that vibrates, and some copper mattresses that when you lay on them you are in Nirvana. You can find them on the right hand side of Myatt Drive in Madison, facing the street after the police station and Dollar General heading toward Gallatin Pike. Give them a call, make an appointment, and support a local business.

I am a returning customer of this BoxDrop. I have purchased 4 beds over the past few years. I live 40 minutes away from this store but the savings are well worth it. I love seeing that even years later, the price I paid for each bed I have purchased from Josh and Kristy is still beating ALL mattress places. Quality is important to me but I am also a cheapskate. Hard to mix those two things together without sacrificing one. Well, I have found amazing, top of the line quality in all the beds I have purchased here. I have big kids who are 6'1" and rough on their beds. All their mattresses feel as good as the first day I bought them. I have purchased coil mattresses to hybrid mattresses and have not been disappointed. On my last purchase, I was looking for a king bed for myself and also a queen steel box spring for my daughter. Due to supply issues he didn't have any steel box springs in the store on this day but told me he didn't want to see me go elsewhere looking for it. (I already searched online to get a feel for prices) Josh went to a retail store that morning, found it on sale, cheaper than what I had seen online and sold it to me at cost with receipt from the separate store. I was floored at his customer service for me. He knew I was going to purchase a bed that day as I had before but he went above and beyond so that I didn't have to run around to other places. He didn't have too, I have seen other mattress stores prices and knew I was going back to him, but he wanted to make me an even happier customer and that was amazing. Mattress shopping has never been stressful for me since I found BoxDrop Nashville. Check these guys out, you won't be disappointed!
