I was so nervous to start shopping for a mattress because it can be overwhelming. The gentleman who helped me, Cody, was super awesome! He narrowed down my options by listening to what I needed and made it super simple to find the right mattress. He wasn’t pushy and I definitely don’t feel like he was trying to make a dollar. He was very attentive and now…I’m impatiently waiting for my new mattress! Lol.

Great experience for a returning customer – I’ll be back again. We actually bought a bed from Mattress Firm five years ago and are completely in love with it. So we decided to come back and get another one. I just wanna give a shout out specifically to the salesperson who went above and beyond to get me what I wanted as soon as possible. We are only in town for a short amount of time and he went to great lengths to get the job done for us before we left town. Regrettably I can’t recall his name, but it says “WFB” on my sales receipt. He was seriously the best! We are in the stressful process of moving and he took a little bit of the edge off by making the process of getting a bed so painless! Thanks again!

I highly recommend Mattress Firm, I was very impressed with the service I was provided. Sean found the two perfect mattresses for me and had me laughing at all his jokes. When I first walked in the door I was greater very warmly by Nick. He listened to my specific needs in what type of bed I wanted and He was very informative, explaining what they had to offer. He took time to Help me choose the right bed for me. The other associates were very outgoing and Friendly as well.The whole experience from Start to finish was a Wonderful experience because their customer service is Outstanding. I had a great experience at this store! The guy who assisted me, Brenden, was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. He worked with me to find the best fit for my needs and price. I had looked at other mattress stores and didn’t receive anywhere near the same great customer service that this store provided. Great quality products, great prices, and great staff! I wouldn’t go anywhere else for mattress shopping!

Hannah Cook was the most the most knowledgeable mattress expert I have worked with in the last 30 years. In the past I have had mattresses made specifically for my spine condition. The Matress Firm mattresses purchased were by far superior and you cant beat the customer service with Hannah and her managers! I even switched mattresses for one of my children once the mattress arrived and Hannah was so easy to work with!
