This store is the best. Bought a mattress here 8 yrs ago and just had them give it a tune up. Love the bed and couldn't be happier. Brandon and Ben picked the bed up and returned it the same day. They set up our adjustable bases and made sure everything worked as it should. Very professional and easy to work with. Great guys. And thanks to Cody for working with us and making sure everything was what we needed and fit into our budget. Again. Great store. Can't imagine buying a mattress anywhere else.

We love these beds. Just bought a second one so our guest room would have a great bed also. We had used our first for nearly 7 years and it still feels great; we wouldn’t have needed to replace it for a long time but needed a guest bed. Had a wonderful experience with Comfort King this past week. We came in and we greeted and got information from Ben on the construction of the beds and how they are made to last and can be adjusted based on the coverage's with the purchase. I found the bed I wanted, but my household has to "research" and it didn't take us long to see the value and service Comfort King provided. Came back the next day and ordered our bed with Cody, both my wife and I were pleasantly shocked when they said "you can have your bed made and delivered this week. Since it arrived I have been feeling much better in the mornings. As someone who has always worked in the Sales/Service business this was a easy and stress free process. 5 out of 5 Stars Easily!!!

Bought the harmony bed and was delivered 5/27 it has been a wonderful bed so far very comfortable. As the bed gets more wore in it becomes even more comfortable it feels like. Happy with this purchase and I also got comfy pillow too it’s very comfortable also. If you’re thinking of buying a new bed CK is the place to go!!

Today we returned two pillows because we did not find them comfortable, as the website advertised. We had purchased a mattress earlier and we were happy with our mattress purchase until pickup. We were met by Ben Enney who made it seem like we were a burden to get our mattress that we had paid for. I asked if I could make two trips and he said he wouldn't be there after we left because "it was his Friday night". He was the same person who today nearly refused to honor their return policy on their website. He didn't want to take them back because he couldn't sell them and they were now "garbage". He finally caved and honored their policy, which is on their website, under protest as he stormed off to the back room. If you are going to spend a large chunk of money on your sleep, please be cautious where you spend your money. Edit after owner response: Thank you for addressing this issue. I honestly appreciate that. Like I said, we are very happy with our mattress purchase and we also appreciate you standing behind your online guarantee, even after it is no longer in effect. That's very honorable. I have adjusted my star rating based on this. Thank you.

Another great experience at Comfort King! Our son wanted to replace his older Comfort King mattress for a new mattress. I walked in ready to buy a new one and the salesman mentioned we should just make an adjustment to the current mattress vs spending more on a new mattress. Very knowledgeable; were great in helping us get the mattress we wanted in our budget. We are on our second mattress with them in 20 years (and only because we wanted to upgrade to a bigger size)! I have purchased many different mattresses in the last 20 years from Comfort King and I can say I have never been disappointed in any part of the quality or service I have received. They have always been willing to work with me on anything I asked of them. I am in my seventies and have never had an issue with their products. I would suggest you go talk with them because they are very knowledgeable about the engineering in the making of mattresses and they use that knowledge to build you a bed you can enjoy for many years. Excellent Service and Quality! We purchased our bed from Comfort King 11 years ago. Today we brought our bed in to get it firmed up a bit, expecting to pay for materials, etc. Within 3 hours, I was notified the work was complete. I am very pleased with Comfort King of Fargo. My initial shopping experience was a positive one. After sleeping on my new mattress set for a few months, I decided that I picked too firm a mattress. When I returned to the store, the sales person was helpful and congenial. Once I figured out which bed fit my needs better, he described what extra padding would be added to my current mattress. But the best part was how hard he worked to keep the cost down for these changes. I basically got a more expensive bed at a much reduced price. Our experience here was nothing less than fantastic. I bought the softest mattress I could from Comfort King and I loved it. Then my body changed and I needed a firm bed. This was four years after I bought the mattress. The store manager Ben worked with me to adjust my bed twice to get it to affirm this level that relieves a lot of pain in my body. He also charged me literally half of what he could have and transportation fees for the mattress that he waved not to mention other professional courtesy extended. You would be foolish buy a mattress or a pillow any other place. Remember when you call them, be nice to them they're working for a living trying to help you out.

We had a great experience at Comfort King! The customer service was above and beyond expectations. We arrived just after 6 p.m. on a Saturday, and they had just closed. We said we would be back tomorrow, but Tobi insisted we come in and take a look. So we did, and we found the bed we needed for one of our kids and decided to get our bed there as well. We were dreading the process to replace our bed but we found one almost immediately. Their warranty allows one to have their mattress adjusted for the lifetime of the bed. Either making it a bit more firm or softer for cost of materials. The factory is right in the store. There's no middleman markup. You're saving a lot of money and getting a more quality product for what you spend.

I was shown all the bed models within my price range without being up sold. I wanted a zip off top but the model i chose didn't come with one. They were able to add the zipper no problem. In and out in less than 15 minutes, custom bed ready for pickup in 3 days but I could have walked out with the standard model same day. With all of my large furniture still at my old apartment (too big to move by myself), I had been sleeping on a $30 air mattress since moving to West Fargo twenty-five days ago. My back, shoulders and neck were aching unbearably. I could not endure one more night on that air mattress. My son and daughter-in-law had two beds made by Comfort King and they couldn't be happier, so I stopped in. Cody was working on building a mattress, but immediately stopped to help me choose a bed. Once I chose the size and comfort level, I asked about the lead time and told Cody about having to sleep on an air mattress and that I could not take one more night of it. He said that if I had to have it that day, that he could make it happen. He set me up with 6 months interest-free financing and after confirming all the options, I left with the assurance that as soon as my order was ready, Cody would call me. Early that evening, Cody called to tell me my order was ready for pick up. To be honest, when I picked up the call and heard Cody's voice, I was certain he was going to tell me that he did not have the time to get the mattress done. Nope! Everything was ready and waiting for me when I got back to Comfort King. They loaded up my trailer and I was on my way. I setup the frame, box spring and mattress, put on my mattress pad and sheets, and for the first time in almost a month, had a restful night's sleep. I honestly have to say my new bed from comfort King in Fargo has improved my back. I had lower back pain's so I purchased a new bed July 2014. Since then I have had a great night sleep and my back feels great. The only negative I have to say is when I sleep in another beds in a hotel or at other places I don't sleep as well. Thank you for having a local company with great delivery service. If you're reading this review please rate them. I have a small business and it is hard to get reviews. They deserve this review!

I bought a mattress from Comfort King almost 4 years ago. I explained some issues I was having to an employee. He gave me a couple options on fixing it, gave me the supplies and directions on how to make the changes myself free of charge. I was easily able to add the pad he gave me and everything was great with the mattress after that.

Great service, patient with lots of questions asked and several visits before deciding. 😁 Can't beat 10 yr warranty and stand behind their product and have the only "soft spot" machine in area that checks for soft spots. They will check and remedy for free if their mattress has over 20% soft spot with normal use! No monkeys jumping on the bed!🙉 Great company!

They had technicians at our house within a hour. John and Steven couldn't have been anymore courteous and helpful. Fixed our mattress issue, tightened up our frame, even rotated our mattress. I loaded mattress up drove up from Detroit Lakes and was at my appointment ahead of time. I got an adjustable queen sized bed. The delivery drivers had a wee bit of a time getting the box/adjustable base upstairs. After many attempts they took it out of the box and finally got it upstairs. Most other furniture stores would have given up, but not these guys. "Where there is a will, there is a way!" They earned it that day. They even told me a story about how in an old farm house the base would not fit. So they measured the upstairs window and it would fit through there. The farmer put them in the loader on the tractor and hoisted them up and they got it in! Wonderful delivery service!
