Beds by Design has been our first choice. We purchased a bed in 2016 and since then we’ve continued to go back because of their amazing customer support from giving our bed a tune up to replacing or adjusting our pillows. They have even gone the extra mile when we needed travel pillows for a flight and did a custom order. They are not just another company looking to sell beds. They actually care about their customers and how they sleep. I would highly recommend Beds by Design. You won’t be disappointed!

Came in knowing we wanted to purchase a new mattress, but had no clue where to start. Staff were wonderful and worked well with in our budget. They showed us many different options. They also showed us options that would be best for us based on our sleeping habits. I being a side sleeper, They showed us options that were best for that. They also threw in some perks (Thanks I think I have finally after many years searching have found the perfect pillow). Thanks beds by design as I have been resting well since it was delivered. We went in not having a clue of what these guys did and if we were going to buy a new mattress there. We met Wyatt, and answered all of our questions and was not a pushy salesman! That was my favorite, he was factual and extremely helpful. We ended purchasing a mattress and all the fixing to go with it. I have never bought a brand new mattress before, and I was a bit nervous about the process. I stopped into Beds by Design by recommendation of a family friend, and I am so glad I did! I was greeted by a salesman, Wyatt, who took his time educating me on exactly how a mattress is made, why certain materials are used, etc. He took into consideration my personal sleep style to guide me through the mattresses on the show floor. At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything! He made sure I had information to take with me if I stopped in to shop anywhere else in town, including questions to ask before buying. I didn't buy a mattress (not yet at least!), but Wyatt gave me information on their financing programs, including an in-house option with no credit check! I did leave with a couple of their Omni-Pillows, which I have slept on a few nights now, and WOW. I am so happy with them!!!

In the past 4 years we have purchased both a queen and king mattress from Beds By Design (BBD). There is no comparison when it comes to customer service, quality, warranty, and ease of upgrade. When you buy from BBD it is truly an affordable and wise investment not a expensive purchase that offers little to no present or future benefit other than a semi-good night sleep. BBD Sales Associates are professionals who are respectful and knowledgeable. They share all options that pertain to your specific needs. They aren't pushy nor do they treat you "less than" if you choose not to go with more expensive options. NOTE: I am a customer and in no way associated with BBD in any other aspect. My husband and I have spent thousands on brand name mattresses over the years and they were a total waste of money. We want to prevent others from making the same mistake. BBD is the real deal!!

We walked into Beds By Design super desperate to find a bed that fit for the both of us. I like firmer mattresses and my SO likes a more softer feel. Brad was super accommodating the moment we wanted in. He explained the process they take to create every piece differently. We told him what we wanted and he walked us through options that he thought were the right fit for us. He wasn't pushy at selling us product, took our budget into consideration and answered all of the questions we had. (We were joking about free pillows) but Brad didn't hesitate when he said "I can accommodate for pillows!" He asked about military discount, which my father was active military for 27 years. Even though it wasn't one of us he still gave us the discount which I thought was superior. It really seemed like they cared for your well-being and health instead of trying to sell a product which was also appreciative. I felt like we were choosing the best choice for us vs being forced into a certain kind of mattress (due to wanting to sell). We've already told a few of our friends about our experience hoping they can have a great experience as well! When my child needs an upgrade we will definitely be back! *Will update further when mattress arrives.

We had our mattress in for the 5 year standard warranty inspection & tuneup today. They picked up the mattress on time in the morning and brought it back the same afternoon. They added 1 inch of Omni so it should be good to go!! We also purchased their sheets (which are super soft)!!! Great job!

Around eight years ago, my husband and I went to Beds by Design looking for for very specific things in a mattress set because of health issues. We were able to get exactly what we wanted and needed, with an amazing warranty. This bed has been perfect for us. I was able to sleep supported and comfortably on my back for the first time in my life. My husbands back was supported and he has bees able to sleep well and without pain. I recommend this business highly. We needed a tweak to the memory foam a few years ago and they came out and the bed is perfect. Still. All these years later.

When we purchased our mattress from Beds By Design 10 years ago, we were told it was an investment. They were not kidding! This mattress has been a joy to sleep on for all of these years. As the mattress was starting to sag in support, I contacted BBD to see if we qualified for warranty service. Yesterday, a crew arrived and replaced the suspect components with new, replacement foam. They restored the mattress to better than new with the updated components. As we woke up this morning, we could not have believed that our mattress could be better than it was, IT WAS! Thanks, BBD, for not only making high quality products, but for standing behind them! It is refreshing to work with a company of this level of integrity. Beds By Design is one of the best companies I have done business with. Back in 2006, I purchased my first king sized bed. Fast forward 11 years, and they revamped it my my current needs. My wife and I just visited the store to pick out and purchase a new bed. I hope I spell his name right but Scorpio was awesome. He showed us the different materials used in their beds and showed us other brands' materials. He was not pushy and let us decide on what we felt would be comfortable to us. He did, however, explain in detail the different components of each bed while we tried them out. Absolutely great knowledge, customer service, and best of all not your typical salesman when compared to other furniture stores and their commission hungry sales people. Yes, we did decide on a bed that has what we were looking for. Definitely recommend visiting Beds By Design if you're in search of a new bed!

The guys at Beds By Design we're more than helpful. I had no idea that beds we're literally a science. I ended up getting a King sized custom bed and since then I have enjoyed an amazing nights rest every single night. It doesn't make me sweat, never feels hot of stiff it's perfectly soft and stiff in the right areas. I recommend everyone look at getting one from them. Updating one year later. Initial purchase was a BOGO Omnipillow. Mine lasted for ~1y and the other is still pretty fluffy. I recently bought a blue Qn sz MyPillow. I like the BBD pillow but in two years later I've found that MyPillow holds up longer plus it's machine washable.
