I had a great experience with Jessica at the Online Mattress Showroom. It was so helpful to have someone to guide us through the mattresses to find which one we liked. We ended up ordering a Bear Elite, something I'd never heard of. It arrives tomorrow and I can't wait. I highly recommend stopping in and allowing them to place your bed order. It's a great service to be able to try out these mattresses before buying. They make their money by placing your order on your behalf (in addition to selling some bedding and pillows), so go in, get some guided advice, and allow them to order your mattress for you. The showroom isn't fancy, but you'll be happy you came. They make looking at a lot of beds easy and non-overwhelming!

Jessica was so helpful! I’ve been trying to make a decision on which mattress to buy for a year, and after coming here for the first time she made it so easy that we made a decision in an hour. If you're looking to buy a mattress from an online mattress company and live in the Twin Cities, this is the place to go. They have a great selection of mattresses that you can actually try out so you're not buying blind. Jessica did an amazing job helping us. This place is amazing. It had all the online top brands. I’ve spent countless hours reading reviews trying to compare the top brands and I could never make a decision on what was best for me and my wife. We spent close to a couple hours in the store with Jessica and she helped us with everything! She helped us find the right mattress, base and pillows and ordered another mattress for our son. It was such a pleasant experience. If you don’t know what you want, even if you do know, come here and spend some time to make sure. We ended up getting a mattress that I was originally not considering.

There are so many mattresses online and no real way to try them out. I read so many reviews and sort of had my mind set on one that seemed to be what I was looking for. I stumbled upon this place and decide to stop in. Jessica greeted us and asked what type of mattresses we would like to try based on firmness. We tried out several different ones (including the one I was ready to buy online) but ultimately decided on one totally different! I’m so glad we were able to try them out or it would have been the wrong choice for us. It was SUCH a great experience and Jessica was so helpful and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend enough!!!

Great selection. They just happened to have the Top 3 mattress I narrowed down after a ton of online research in-stock and on the showroom floor. Super knowledgeable and the mattresses are way better quality than a typical big box mattress store.

This place was a hidden gem. I did a lot of online shopping and researching to find our next mattress, and it was very overwhelming; as I had never bought a bed before. I looked at a number of different online brands and loved what I was seeing and reading about. The problem was this: I had no idea what it felt like to lay on any of them. This place was amazing. When we would go to your typical furniture stores, we'd always feel a lot of pressure to find the right bed, and we'd always be asked a bunch of questions and be overwhelmed with information. Jessica at the Online Mattress Showroom was awesome. She didn't ask any overwhelming questions, rather she asked us what we wanted to try and gave us time with each mattress so we could decide for ourselves what we thought of them. The whole experience went from being super stressful, to super enjoyable. They offer a bunch of different mattresses to try from Winkbeds, Brooklyn Bedding, Nectar, Helix, DreamCloud, Brentwood Home, etc. A lot of brands I found myself coming back to when reading/watching reviews. Only now, I got to experience them in person and in a stress-free environment. I got to have my mind changed on mattresses I thought I was sold on, and have my mind opened to ones that I hadn't spent much time learning about. We felt much more confident making the decision we made here than we would have at home. We decided on a Winkbed Soft and it came about a week after we went to the showroom. We are definitely happy with our choice, and super thankful that The Online Showroom exists so we could make it with confidence. I would absolutely recommend you go here, especially if you are shopping for a bed online.

Very grateful for the ability to tryout so many unique online mattress brands. Although these brands often let you return a mattress if you're unhappy, actually trying them ALL in one place is so much better. The staff is also incredibly helpful and guide you through the process. If you've heard about an online mattress and are planning on buying, stop here instead, you won't be disappointed!

We stopped in to try mattresses to help confirm our decision, after narrowing it down to a few online brands. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, gave us space, and helped us consider all of our options, while being intentional not to influence our choice. We were in and out in 30 minutes, with our new mattress purchased (with an extra discount), and got to support a local business, even buying online. It was easy to get there and park, tidy, and they were taking santiary precautions, which we really appreciated. They had a large selection, so we were able to try all of the best brands.
