My salesman, Richard, was top notch! He explained everything thoroughly. I tried three different mattresses and fell in love with the Beautyrest. I have arthritic joints and it fit my needs well in the store. I have 120 days to make sure it's the right fit for my body in my home. He took a great amount of time with me, as at first, I was the only customer. Then a couple came in and then another woman, and he managed helping us all really well. My mattress and mattress protector will be delivered this next week and my old one taken away. All the prices for the various services and the mattress and protector are very reasonable for me and my budget. Richard really listened well and knew exactly what to show me and I'm extremely happy and satisfied!

Darin was a good salesman; pretty chill and straightforward about things, and took the time to answer all my questions. Took the time to show me all of the options that fit the firmness level I was looking for, and explained the pricing levels. Sold me on a new bed/adjustable platform frame that was a little bit more than I wanted to spend, but it was on sale for several hundred off already, and I qualified for the financing so if you’re hesitant to spend a few months of rent on a bed ask about the interest-free financing if you get the Mattress Firm credit card. Mattress is taking a week to arrive but gives me time to rearrange and plan where it’s going anyways. Thanks Darin!

Dropping a month’s income on a piece of furniture is never fun, but Richard made it low pressure and painless AND managed to help us find a wonderful, supremely comfortable bed without breaking the bank. I went in on Saturday looking for a mattress. Scooter and Richard were working. Scooter greeted me in his customer service skills were just exemplary. I checked out some mattresses and when I left my house I decided how much money I was going to spend. In the store I tried several mattresses and settled on one. When I got it home and took it out of the box and got it set up I was so ready for a great night sleep. The mattress was not very thick and was memory foam. I've had it for two nights and I'm not impressed. I think I could have gotten the same sleep with a cheaper mattress. And having to pay a restocking fee to come back and get something different causes me now to keep a mattress that I'm not happy with. Customer service there was phenomenal, mattress not so much.

I highly recommend this location!! I ordered a BeautyRest bed from Doc86 and they said a crazy turn around time and I just closed on a condo! But Anthony saved me when I walked into this location, he knew exactly what I was looking for and he helped me find one that was in stock and I’ll have it in two days! I searched many stores for the perfect bed and I was lucky to find the right person that took the time to understand what I was looking for! When I buy a house next time I’m definitely going back to Anthony for another bed again!

I got a mattress from mattress firm and I had to do warranty work on it before because it say this once again also the manager told me this one wouldn’t and I did and I have pictures to prove it I have all the labels on the bed I have everything you’re supposed to have yet the manager was absolutely unacceptable to me and I kept going round and round with this online stuff and I didn’t get anywhere with it they told me that the people in the store would help me file this warranty work and I told him I tried but the manager was terrible and wouldn’t help me at allI’m so happy that Mattress Firm ended up keeping their part of the bargain they were very reputable on my exchange of my mattress so I have A highbred this time I really appreciate them going the extra mile to give me a hand being disabled I’m very appreciative of what they have done for me thank you Mattress Firm

I came in looking for a mattress and box spring for myself and my wife. Brian was my sales associate who helped me and went through every step of buying a mattress to deciding firmness all the way up to adjustable beds and the difference between coils, hybrids, and foam beds. I picked a hybrid and not once did I ever feel like I was being pressured into something I couldn’t afford or would not like. I used to buy from other mattress/furniture stores but I will only stick with mattress firm for any future bed needs.

If I could give our experience at Mattress Firm in West St. Paul 10 stars I would. I have a father with ALS who has extreme mobility issues and needed to look at mattress options that would provide him more comfort and maneuverability. I called ahead to give the store associate some idea of what we were looking for and went in later that same day. We worked with a man named Scooter who works at various locations in the metro area and Mankato. Boy did we luck out. He listened to our thoughts and concerns and showed great care and compassion when assisting my father. He even went on the ALS association of MN website before we arrived to research any information that might help in our buying experience. Scooter was was incredibly patient and spent the better part of 3 hours going through different options with us, letting us try different set ups and making thoughtful recommendations with our budget in mind. He was truly everything you could want in a sales associate, if not more. I will be recommending Mattress Firm for all of my family and friend needs because of their great selection, but mainly because of Scooters performance. I recommend anyone reading this to put this company a the top of their list when looking for mattresses.

We were looking for another Tempur-Pedic mattress. Nothing wrong, just looking for a larger size mattress. The original store where we purchased our first Temper-Pedic had been acquired by Mattress Firm so we decided to take a look at what the Mattress Firm Store had to offer. David was attending the store that evening. We spent about 1 1/2 hours with David providing us will full details of all brands in the store. David was very knowledgeable, personable and most of all not overbearing to just make a quick sale. After several lie downs on the various mattresses, we decided on another Temper-Pedic. From the initial walk-in to the store to leaving the store was a another great experience. It should also be mentioned David stayed after normal store closing hours to ensure all our questions and paperwork had been filled out in completeness and correctly. In addition to the in-store experience, the delivery of the mattress and new base was another great experience. The two gentlemen called prior to arriving and were actually early for the delivery.
