We were given excellent service by Joshua Andrews. He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping us find the mattress that was just right for us. He was informative and patient, and was never pushy in any way. We ended up with the perfect mattress for us, and we are very satisfied. The delivery folks were also great, and they managed to get the mattress up a narrow, winding staircase. It was very impressive. Overall, we are completely satisfied with our experience that mattress firm.

I love this company for my mattress needs! I live in Minneapolis and usually go to the Lake Street location. It’s close to my house and easy for delivery. I happen to be near the Southdale location and stopped in. My sister is coming into town next weekend and I wanted to replace one of the guest beds. They were able to look up my last purchase and order me a new bed Just like my last to be delivered ASAP . Super great service. I was in and out with exactly what I wanted in 10 minutes. I won’t go anywhere else when replacing my mattresses !!

I didn't know until I went out looking for a new mattress that I seem to enjoy shopping for them with almost the equal level of disdain I have for car shopping. The sales team member quickly described the shopping experience there as comparable to the "Best Buy" of mattresses. I think that was supposed to be a positive because it means they have the most competitive pricing, but it didn't exactly land in the win column for me. We were, of course, shown mattresses priced multiples times more than we were planning to spend before we were really even asked what we're looking for. The salesperson self-described his approach to helping us shop for a mattress as "strictly informational and educational" but we seemed to hear lots of contradictory statements about what kind of mattress we should buy. I think he meant well, but it seemed clear when you walk in the store they're pretty sure they're looking to lock in a sale before you leave. In the end we found something we felt was of better quality and value at a factory direct retailer, not here.

This is the place to go, especially if you are a first time mattress buyer. I worked with Josh and he is an extremely professional and helpful salesman. He helped me pick out a great mattress along with giving me advice on a base to pair it with. He was informative without pressuring me to buy, and I left to think it over and make a decision. I called back the next day to order and they remembered the mattress I had looked at, it was extremely easy to get a delivery scheduled with pretty minimal lead time. (I ordered Sunday and it will be arriving Wednesday). Overall it was a great experience and refreshing to receive such great service. They also had great deals and when I compared them to various other sites it was obvious they were the best value. It’s evident Mattress Firm sets their employees up for success by providing quality products and service to back them up. It was nice that they have the beds on the show floor for you to tryout, the salesman did not pressure is into the most expensive bed they had, the opposite happened. We came in with a strong idea of what we wanted to look at (a purple bed) we were shone that, and we commented that it was a bit too firm, me then showed us the next in line but said that the price jumped a bit from the one we originally looked at to this style. We picked out the one that we are hoping will work for us.

We went to this location about two weeks ago to get a new mattress for my grandmother. Joshua was the employee who helped us and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and didn't put any pressure for us to buy. The prices are good, as well as selection. Our delivery experience was good as well. Although, it's good to keep in mind that delivery is done by 3rd parties, not Mattress Firm employees.

The salesman, Justin, who greeted us was friendly and knowledgeable. He started off by having us test firmness and asked us questions about how we like to sleep. He was able to help us find a mattress that we liked and that felt good and will give us a good sleep experience. My partner and I went in to get a new mattress and had a wonderful experience. The man who helped us, Joshua, was excellent at providing us with information we needed to make the most educated decision for our sleeping needs. It honestly was a surprising experience to have, but very welcome. As Joshua mentioned as we were talking most people expect to go in, lay on a few beds, and get the one that feels the most comfortable. There is a lot more that went into this experience and was well worth our time. A mattress is an item we all use once a day and is an important and pricey decision but we left happy with the one we made.If you are going in though do set aside an hour or so to make sure you have the time to spend going through the process. My husband and I worked with Derek U. on deciding what mattress to purchase, I was pleased with the service. He wasn't pushy and seemed knowledgeable on the numerous mattresses they sold. We have had the mattress for about a month, I thought it was too firm at first, but I seem to be getting used to it. My husband is happy with it and thinks it is plush enough. I like the fact I've got another three months to make a decision if I want to get a different mattress if the current one is too firm. I would recommend purchasing the mattress protector they have in the store, we bought it and I like it because it is thin and not bulky like some of the mattress protectors I've had in the past (and it actually stays on the mattress and doesn't slip off!). I would not purchase the sheets they sell in the store, I found them cheaper at another place. But definitely get the mattress protector they sell so you don't void your warranty, it is worth it! Overall we have had a good experience with the store and the mattress so far.

He was able to answer everyone of my questions with facts which gave me no doubt that the bed that I decided on would be the perfect one for me. I also called ahead to confirm the hours, a range of prices and delivery costs with Justin Flesner before coming into the store to look at the mattresses. Justin listened to my needs and did not pressure me to buy more mattress than I needed. He set up delivery for two days from the date of my purchase which was an evening purchase and the costs were completely as advertised. So far so good.
