Store employee did his best to take care of my mother (92) when she could not make up her mind the son stepped in to make final choice. Paper work and delivery appointment straight forward and quickly completed. Delivery and setup still to be completed.

The store is a beautiful open design with models of each comfort level available to test, which made it incredibly easy to find the most comfortable option for us. We were not rushed to make a decision and Isaiah helped us get the best deal on our Queen mattress and box spring! We truly got the best, most comfortable mattress that fit perfectly into our budget. Highly recommend Mattress Firm as a whole and definitely the Rosedale location! Isaiah is the best!
