Joanne KillianI worked with Brandon who has extensive knowledge and experience selling mattresses. He took care of us for a return/exchange situation from a different Mattress Firm location. He has a very approachable and likable demeanor and was not pushy even when discussing upgrades and different levels of adjustable bases. Our delivery was well communicated and the delivery men were very polite and courteous. They went above and beyond our expectations. We love our replacement bed and so glad we had the 120 day window to make a final decision. The restocking fees were more than originally discussed due to the changes we made, but overall it was a good experience.
Art ShraggCody was very helpful and I feel pretty good about the deal we got for the mattress. The part that really upset me were the signs throughout the store advertising a free adjustable base. We thought we would be entitled to that, but got a combination story about the small print on the sign and supply chain issues. End result was that the adjustable base would cost us an extra $800. Seemed shady to me, but I was too tired to argue. Those kinds of selling practices bother me. Please be honest. Just give me a good price, without my having to beg, and no games.

Andrew OklandWe came in right when they opened with only a basic idea of what we wanted. Jesse took us through the process and did a great job educating us on our options and what to expect. He also gave us time and space to try out the mattresses on our own without making us feel pressured. After going over our budget Jesse went to work for us and got us a great price on a mattress we thought we could not afford. At the end of the day I’ve never had a sales person work as hard for our budget as Jesse. Great guy, great hair, great job!
