My experience here was amazing! I had a vague idea of what I wanted, and the sales rep Nathan showed me exactly what I was looking for. He explained the strengths and weaknesses of all the mattresses and helped us find the perfect mattress for us. He even helped us with our one year old son who was running around playing with all the mattresses. Nathan was great, knowledgeable, and truly an expert on all things sleep related! He made the whole process easy and got us set up with everything we needed. I can't say enough about how helpful and wonderful Nathan was in helping us get our perfect bed! He also helped us get a great deal and savings. I'll definitely be coming back if I ever need a bed in the future and hopefully Nathan is still running the store!

When my girlfriend and I first entered the store we were greeted by an employee by the name of Asher. We came in looking for a memory foam mattress and a decent bed frame or platform along with it. Prior to coming into the store we looked up a few mattresses and things on the website and found quite a few decent beds that were on sale and wanted to purchase one as soon as possible before the sale ended. Asher basically helped us find not only a decent memory foam mattress, but he allowed us to try it out in-store to see how we liked the comfortability. He also helped us find a better deal on our purchase for a bed on sale that was a little cheaper than the one we were eyeing online, keeping us within our price range. He also answered a lot of questions we had regarding which mattresses we should prefer and which bed frame would go perfectly with the bed that was also decent in price. He was quite helpful, insightful, and very patient with us. He also made sure the store was clean, organized, and smelled great! Thank you so much Asher and Mattress Firm!! We definitely prefer your company over others and will be recommending you to everyone we know!

Purchasing it was quick and easy and he gave me a bunch of rope to clamp the mattress to the top of my cars roof. We walked into the mattress store thinking we would flop on a few mattresses and find something that felt good and hope that it would still hold up for the years to come. We were approached byJesse who asked us some questions and he had us try out a few specific mattresses discussing the pros and cons to each. We quickly narrowed down our options and found the one that felt incredible to us both and fit our budget. We were surprised that the delivery could happen in 3 days and are so excited for our new mattress and pillows! Once we tried those pillows there was no going back to what we had at home. I am so thankful for Jesse and all the knowledge he had to share because this was not a small purchase and we felt really good about it because of the education we got from him. Just bought my first “adult” mattress here from a guy named Jack Scheel. Nothing could have prepared me for the maddening world of mattresses. Their types, feels, effects on the lower lumbar, cooling designs, how many dogs are recommended, etc. - but Jack - now, Jack - he gave me the tools necessary to understand each nuance. He set me up for sleep success. He saved my poor back and neck from certain ruin for years to come. This is an ode to Jack. I can’t begin to express my gratitude. I went in looking for a ballpark price range, and to get an impression of what a new mattress could feel like, and I left with a bona-fide life-changer. Obviously, a sales-person is going to try to manipulate you into buying something, but this ain’t it. This is a man who knows what good sleep is worth, and who will bend over backward to make sure you are getting it. Jack is a hero. I got some of the best sleep I’ve had in years last night, and if you want to get sleep like that, too, you go visit Jack. He’ll know what to do. Thanks, dude.

This store was the 3rd one we had visited on the day and Rachael was the lady that helped us out. She was great! Sam was incredibly helpful in getting our needs met. We had purchased a mattress a couple months ago, and initially my thought was "why would anyone need 120 days to return their mattress?" We ended up loving ours for the first couple of months, but after a while we realized that we weren't as happy as we'd hoped with it. Came in to the store and Sam was quick to assess our situation and explain our options. He was very patient as we wandered around trying all sorts of different mattresses and pillows, chiming in occasionally with helpful information. All said and done, we walked away with a something we believe we will be MUCH happier with. Mattress Firm has a customer for life in me. UPDATE: The two guys that delivered and set up our new mattress and base could not have been better. They were friendly from the get go, and put on shoe booties every time they came into the house. They were nice to my crazy dog as well. I'm still hoping to get the survey call for these two, because it was a 10 across the board.

Truly an outstanding experience. Went in with the hope to find something to aid in my dilemma, poor sleep. Little did I know that I was nothing but uninformed when it comes to the world of good slumber. I walked in and was greeted by a rather dashing gentleman named Jesse Ott, boy was he something. Smart, helpful, and above all else, informed. I learned so much and he was there to support me in my journey of learning about everything I was doing wrong. We, together, found the perfect frame and mattress, but then came the price. I heard the total, and my heart nearly sank. Then, like an angel from the heavens, I heard Jesse say, “you know we have a financing option” and all was better. I now have a bed that allows me to sleep well, keep me comfortable, and ease away my aches and pains at the end of the day. Thank you Jesse for helping me in finding this solution. Even knew which ones we had to try to see what we didn't like, sounds odd but really cleared up what we were looking for. Store was well set up, clean and clear where each firmness group was located. Got a great deal at the store as multiple sales overlapped, couldn't be happier with the service. Will update when the mattress arrives next week, California Kings aren't as really available as most sizes are.

I went to the mattress firm in minneapolis at the quarry. It was the best experience I've ever had in a sales environment. The sales associate was Sam. He worked with me for over an hour on finding me the best deal possible in the bed I really wanted. He gave me many options to save a lot of money, which I did. Sam went above and beyond my expectations and I'm grateful that I found him. Before that I went to a few other mattress shops and they pushed me so hard to buy the most expensive mattress possible and were very angry when I left. At mattress firm with Sam he worked with me and was not pushy at all. Even when I left for the night to think about which mattress I ultimately wanted, he was very humble and not angry that I did not purchase immediately. I've never experienced that level of customer satisfaction. Next time I need a mattress I'm headed to mattress firm in the quarry to buy it from Sam, I'll skip all the pushy salesmen elsewhere that experienced before going to Sam.
