Went in to find mattresses for the cabin up north. Hayden, answered all of our questions and made it fast, easy and simple to understand our options. What could have been a 2 hour visit, was only 35 minutes. Had such a good experience, I called my brother and he bought the same mattress sets we did for the cabin. Would highly recommend Hayden for his knowledge of the product and ability to answer questions and help us find the best mattresses for our needs. Perfect balance of information without feeling pushed into a sale. Will definitely go back for next purchase.

Great staff from top to bottom at this location. When purchasing our bed we worked with a rep the previous week on our “research visit”. Then a whole separate rep the following week on our “purchase visit”. Zero drop off in the staff quality. Both were great reps of the company. Very knowledgeable and gave honest suggestions. Not just agreeing or directing for a higher sale. They spoke of the experiences they heard and those opinions. Most recently we called into the store and spoke to a rep, different from the previous reps, to inquire about a rebate from our purchase. We received still the same great service! Nothing different. Responsive. Respectful. We will encourage all our family and friends to visit this location. Thank you!!

The staff I dealt with was very friendly and courteous. Most of the questions I had were answered. However some questions were left hanging in the wind till she could call someone on the phone to get the correct answers. She was also very unfamiliar with the computer system and how to operate it. It took far to long to complete the sale. And several phone calls to another store She apologized profusely for her inability to get through the system proficiently and gave me a few dollars off of most of the items I purchased. Better training is needed !! It should not take 3 hours to buy a bed. !! But as I said she was very friendly and courteous.

Brad and Hayden were amazing!!! We had a house fire and needed four beds pronto! Even with Covid and all the shortages they found us exactly what we wanted! They went above and beyond to help us and our 3 sons! They spent hours locating what we wanted and getting it here for us! They never pressured us to purchase anything, only educated us and then let us decide what we wanted! I can not say enough great things about them! I highly recommend you go in and see them if you are considering a new bed! It is a NO pressure environment and they are very knowledgeable, even with comparisons to online retailers. Give them a shot, you will not regret getting their opinion, and actually being able to try out the bed!!!!

We were unsure of what type of bed we wanted and he was happy to help us figure it out. He worked with us and did not try to force us to buy anything which was appreciated. I would highly recommend shopping at this location for your next mattress! Mathew kruse helped me find my next bed setup and I enjoyed my time there testing mattresses to narrow my choices. He explained everything nicely, helped me find the best mattress type that would be best for me. It’s a big purchase but it’s worth it. I can’t wait for next Tuesday to get it set up! Too bad I have to wait for my pillows til mid November but I understand why. That purple harmony pillow is amazing. I couldn’t put it down. Definitely give this mattress firm location and their friendly employees a visit before anywheres else. You won’t regret it.

Stopped looking to purchase a purple royal start cushion. Salesman was fantastic! Showed me the seat cushion and stated they did not have any in the store. Jumped online and said there were 8 in the warehouse. I told him I did not need 8 but would take 2. We joked back and forth and had a good laugh. Made my purchase of 2. Coming in on Tuesday. Salesman said he would call me to let me know when they get delivered!

Great experience! Always leery walking into a store with salespeople, but Amanda was super helpful and didn’t pressure my husband or me at all. She helped us find a mattress that fit both of our needs - hubby is a stomach sleeper and I’m a side sleeper. Delivery went great as well. Guys were professional, perfectly set up everything, clearly explained how the mattress system worked with the remote, and didn’t leave until we were satisfied. Amanda helped me pick out the right mattress, and when I went to pick it up Shawndra was super helpful with explaining the features. This would be my first place to suggest for someone in need of a bed. Corey was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. There is a large selection of bed to choose from but not so many that it just confuses you. Plus they color match the beds for firmness so you can see from a glance which is which unlike there competitors who have small print where you can't find what bed it is.

I went in to the burnsville, mn store last week and was helped by Tony, he was very helpful so I purchased a bed without my husband testing beds. He typed up my order for the mattress and told me that I can bring my husband to our local store to try the beds out. So that evening we went to the Monticello mn store where Shawnda picked up where I left off, even though she was busy and I confused her a little bit because my note taking isn't the greatest, she was amazing and patient.
