Mattress Firm has an excellent manager representing their quality store locatped convenientlly on Couty D and adjacent to 694 an White Bear Avenue. Levi helped me to select the perfect Stearns and Foster mattress and Temperpedic Ergo base for my sleep needs. He even helped me find a great mattress on sale for my guest bed. Top it all off with generous savings and a fantastic pillow. WOW I'm off to dreamland. Needless to say, I'm really happy with my purchase. You have my highest recommendation for purchasing the bed of your dreams.🌜😴🛌

John our sales person was amazing. We were nervous when we went in to the store. Most stores have aggressive sales staffs. John was a real calming sales rep. He asked us our needs and our budget. He showed us a variety of options. We were buying 4 beds. Two kings and two queens. We came in for the holiday sale. This is the best time to buy. A real cool feature is after your purchase if the product you buy reduces in price they will honor that discount back to their customers. So keep checking throughout the year. John was extremely knowledgeable about the product. He answered all of our question and printed a sheet of our needs and decisions. We wanted to take a day and think about it. We decided later that day to go back. We passed by another competitor that was advertising similar discount. John was so good we went back to him. We ended up saving almost 3000.00 on purchasing beds, box springs, pillows bed liners and a bed frame. We will refer everyone we know to him. Wonderful experience. Amazing 0% interest for 60 month financing. Our payments are 145.00 a month on an 8500.00 purchase. Were going to pay it off much quicker than 5 year. It's nice when you need to pay the minimum around Birthday's and Christmas to have that option. Super affordable. Our family of 5 are super excited. Everything excpt the pillows ship in two days. It's a necessary purchase. You send more time in bed than anywhere else. Were doing it in extreme comfort. Thanks, John Xia from the Maplewood, Mn location. He's a cool Cat that served our country. My new mattress and adjustable frame were delivered on Friday. Two pillows were supposed to have been delivered as well, but were not. John at the Maplewood store was very helpful. He ordered the pillows (which inadvertently had not been done when I purchased the bed at the Home and Garden dhow), to be available for pickup at the Roseville store which is much closer to me home.

We worked with John. But I feel a more accurate description would be, we bugged John.😆 He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even after all the questions, negotiating, back and forths, phone cforth, couple visits to the store with kids terrorizing the place, he remained awesome. He has zero push in his sales tactic. He truly only cared about getting us what we wanted. It was a very low stress (only us actually deciding what we wanted), zero pressure, refreshing sales experience. It's actually a little unfortunate we won't need another mattress for a long time because he was so great to work with! Might just have to swing in and say hi sometime. Mattressfirm's Matress Matcher app was a great start, but Salesperson Jack Scheel was the reason we actually made a decision. His patience and knowledge really closed the deal for us. He spent well over an hour listening to us and answering our questions. Matress shopping can be very confusing, and we've been at it for over a year. We came away knowing we made the right decision and are looking forward to delivery of our new mattress. We also plan to check out the company's sleep.com.

Our beds were delivered today, two days after we placed our order, and we couldn't be more pleased. The only caveat is that it was not made clear that the delivery truck would haul away the old mattresses and box springs, but not bed frames.

Jamie Platow was the consummate salesman. Most importantly, he listened carefully to our needs, which was critical, since I have chronic back trouble. He did not try to "sell" us on something just because it was the latest, the most popular, or whatever. When it was all said and done, he'd spent more than an hour with us, over two visits on the same day, and got us just exactly what we needed. As a chronic-back-pain sufferer himself, he was able to empathize and understand our needs. We visited three Mattress Firm stores, and Jamie was by far the best and most helpful salesman we encountered. Jamie usually works the Shakopee store but, fortunately for us, he was in Maplewood this one day. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!
