First time visiting Mattress Firm and found Mike was really helpful and provided great customer service. We were buying a mattress for our 6 year old. He is very knowledgeable and wants to make sure you’re getting the best mattress for the price. Not pushy at all! We plan on coming back to replace the master bedroom mattress since we had such a wonderful experience and was impressed with the selections, brands, price points, firmness, etc. Good sales and discounts.

The first bed we bought was significantly firmer than the one in the showroom. The manager quickly resolved the problem. He waived the delivery and restocking fee and we actually bought a much more expensive mattress in it's place. Mike the salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and put no pressure on us. We looked at mattresses at 4 stores in total before we bought. I'm pleased with all aspects of our experience at the Knollwood Mattress Firm.

Earlier this year I purchased adjustable bed base for my mother, which she loves, but needed a new mattress, so with this purchase I got my dad a adjustable base too. Although he was not going to be at work the following day, he said he would have everything written up for Phil. At 10:00 am today, Phil greeted us at the door and asked if we were Claire and Beth and he had all the information from Darius. My significant other and I are both in our 20's. We went to 2 other furniture stores before this one, and finding this one was a blessing. It's hard to find a happy medium of a sales man that wants to get a big commission and disregards your budget, and a sales man that treats you like you're a joke because you're 23. Jordan was great. We were in and out fast, he gave us a friendly discount because we risked going over budget. He was so informative, respectful and easy going. He joked with us but also got the job done efficiently. When I decided to get a mattress, I started to agonize on how to get the best deal and fell down the rabbit hole of mattress reviews online. I really have to say the sleep industry is full of "expert" opinions and a lot of anecdotal evidence on how to best purchase a mattress. Seriously, I do not have enough time to agonize over those details and so I was happy when I went to Mattress Firm in SLP and was able to get a mattress in my price range that delivered in my area for $60 bucks, and when I asked them to sweeten the deal, they did by throwing in a mattress protector. Did I get screwed on my deal? Who knows. However, I am not going to lose much sleep over the $50 or $60 dollars I could save by driving around town finding a comparable mattress at a cheaper price. So, was this the most fun I could have buying a mattress, no because laying in various beds and making a choice on which one felt best, was like asking a man who had been drinking Mad Dog 20/20 if he prefers merlot or riesling. Anyways, go there, cut yourself some slack and get the bed you want.
