My experience today at the Eden Prairie Mattress Firm store was as comfortable as their mattresses! Scooter (and Richard) were professional and helpful. They really took time to listen to my needs and offered some great suggestions. I was given ample time to make my decision and appreciated the “no pressure sales” attention I received. Once I decided on my purchase, checkout was really easy and accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with someone who had expertise and a friendly demeanor.

Thank you so much!!!! I have a good friend who is going through some hard times, and doesn't have a bed. A group of us gathered some cash and I went to Mattress Firm. I met the most amazing human, Scooter. I told him what I was up to and how much money I had raised . He took the time with me to make sure we got the best bed we could afford, at a really good price. Good. Explained the reason I was there wasn't by my own choosing, but, that of the leaky roof above my old mattress. That I would need to submit a claim to Insurance, and needed to find something comparable. I had my mattress information, the recommended model from the Manufacturer C/S, and one I found. I also showed pictures of my old mattress and my bedframe, because I wouldn't need one or a boxspring. Just a few sleeps, and my new bed will be here.

Sales person, Richard, was good and did a great job on his end. The delivery is where I have an issue. They delivered a mattress with stains on it, and didn’t deliver the pillow that we ordered. They told us that they would deliver it the following day, and did not. When I called the store, The salesperson complained about the delivery service and we ultimately cancelled the pillow order.

We had been struggling to find a new mattress that would work for both of us on our own and he walked us through the science and technology behind the mattresses and WHY they do what they do, as well as how each mattress might help or hurt different aspects of our sleep to guide us toward a mattress experience that would work for us. Having a deeper understanding of how mattresses impact our bodies and support us was wonderful and having someone to provide feedback, walk us through how we should feel on a good mattress, and provide additional suggestions based on how we were feeling after trying each one was exactly what we needed. Working with Darin was like having a conversation with a friend who genuinely cared about our thoughts, we never felt pressure to make a decision quickly or choose something that we didn’t feel 100% confident in! Our mattresses are arriving WAY faster than we had anticipated, too. All around AMAZING experience, we couldn’t be happier!

The customer service is incredible! No pressure whatsoever. Very casual shopping experience. I purchased a bed and loved it for the first few weeks and then it started to truly break in and kept getting softer and softer until the point that it was no longer comfortable. This is my second time going into the Eden prairie store and working with Darren. I had a lot of questions as it had been a long time since I had purchased a new bed. Darren is a very knowledgeable salesperson. He listened to what we were interested in and asked some very good questions to make sure he understood our needs. He showed us many options based on our individual needs and budget to find the perfect fit for us. I am thrilled with my purchase of my adjustable bed. No more pillow propping to watch TV at night!!! Also, raising the bottom of my bed relieves the pressure off my low back. I am so comfortable now. I would have never thought of getting an adjustable bed if it hadn't been for Darren. Their setup charge is a scam. They asked for $149 for setup and old mattress removal. They could not guarantee they would have room on the truck for the mattress, so we had to pay $125 extra for someone else to haul it away. The new bed and mattress were "free delivery" and set up took 10 minutes. We paid $ 149 for 10 minutes work and an additional $125 for haul away. $274 AND NO REDUCTION FOR NOT HAULING THE OLD MATTRESS AWAY. A real scam..

I went in on Memorial Day to find a mattress. I just received it today. I knew at time of sale that they were out of stock and it would be a few weeks, but despite the heads up on the restocking it was delayed beyond the three week estimate they had given me. It wasn't all bad as far as knowledgeable employees and mattress selection, but it was hard to get time alone to just freely roam the store and try mattresses. I ended up having to come back a 2nd day to make a decision. I want to give a higher score, but the combination of not being given enough space to make up my mind and ultimately waiting over a month for delivery put me at a 3. Not a terrible experience, not an ideal experience. Somewhere in the middle.

We bought a black hybrid plus Jennings mattress on 3/7/2020. Darin at the Eden Prairie location was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. He took the “overwhelming factor” out of picking out a new bed. I honestly have no clue about mattresses. He asked us questions about how we sleep so we could pick the appropriate amount of firmness. We decided with his help that we needed a medium mattress. From that point he helped us find one in our price range that was incredibly comfortable and suited our needs. He didn’t pressure us at all but was respectful of our budget. We tried many mattresses and definitely took our time finding the “right one”. Darin didn’t mind that we went back and forth from a couple different mattresses-he said “take all the time you need.” We got our mattress today and I couldn’t wait to try it out! I laid down and closed my eyes and woke up from a 2 hour nap! On my old mattress it would take me quite some time to fall asleep. I absolutely LOVE our new mattress already! My husband made the comment that he can sleep on his back now. The mattress forms to our body and takes pressure off of joints. I have had 3 kids so my back is not in the greatest shape so the extra support of this mattress is very nice! Thank you so much Darin for your honesty, patience and help! I can’t wait to go to bed tonight! I would recommend seeing Darin at the Eden prairie location if you are in the market for a new a mattress!

I recently gota place of my own after a long journey and the mattress that I got when I moved in was from another store and they gave me a really cant pass up kind of deal. Well within a month the frame broke the box springs broke in many places and the mattress was so uncomfortable I was sleeping on my couch. I was going to work my way down a list making calls to see if anyone could help. I'm still working on some things in my life and I get very very little a month. I took a shot in the dark and reached out to Mattress Firm thinking I'd get a no and good luck. Well Darin answered my message and he truly is an angel. I started getting questions about how I sleep and do I like firm mattresses would I need delivery. After answering these questions I had to ask are you joking? Our mattress had died not even three days prior-- one of those inexpensive "just starting out" ones, so we really had no idea even how to shop for a new mattress. Joe helped us a TON! He had us try out a bunch of different ones to get a feel for what kind we liked and tailored our experience from there. Very friendly, super low pressure. The one thing that was a bit sad was that for the mattress we ultimately chose, Joe called the warehouse to see if there were any in stock and was told yes there was one left. Long story short, as we were finalizing the purchase we (Joe included) learned that even though yes there was one in the warehouse, due to the lack of communication between the warehouse program and the storefront program, that one supposedly in inventory was already purchased so wasn't actually available for pickup. We still went through with the purchase though and are going to be picking it up when it comes in.

Free delivery and incredibly prompt was amazing and can't be beat! We went to Mattress Firm for their Labor Day sale as we are sleeping on a 10 year old Queen bed and my husband has been begging for an upgrade to a King. We arrived at the store and were promptly greeted and given a thorough explanation of the layout and the differences in the types of beds available. The salesman did not harass us but gave us space to lay around and test things out and was available any time it looked like we had questions. After some tests we were considering our options and the salesman came over and talked with us about the pros and cons of each. He then offered us a great deal on the King bed we liked the most as well as a bed frame (we've been sleeping with our mattress/box spring directly on the floor for years). He got us through financing without a hitch and with warp speed. The only complaint I had was that I was told that someone would call by the end of the day to discuss delivery but no one called until I called first and left a message. That being my only complaint, the experience was largely positive.
