There’s another gentleman on the phone also acknowledged me by putting his finger up showing me that he was on a call but he be happy to help me. The ones that they showed the minute I walked in the store told me a lot about being at Mattress Firm! The Eagan store could be a model for many more stores to show Customer Service . I got a box spring that was a little more expensive than the one I was gonna get from Amazon but the one I got was already put together vs, needs to be assembled plus I have a 10 yr. warranty with the one I got. Yay Mattress Firm! People I dealt with at the store and warehouse were cool and did their jobs well. Oh, and by the way the Amazon box spring only had a 5 yr.warranty .

I knew exactly what I needed going in, and the gentleman was able to quickly find it and help me with the details. He kindly asked if I needed info on any other products and shared some deals that were going on, but it was more of a “for your knowledge/convenience” type of convo, not pushy at all. I understand this is a sales business but I love when the sales representative can identify what a customer wants and needs and leaves it at that. I also really appreciate the quick turn around for pick up or delivery options. This was probably the quickest purchase I’ve made in a while! Definitely would go back!

I called the Eagan store with a mattress in mind but Bobby recommended that I come in to actually test out the mattress before buying. I'm so glad I did because after trying out a few other mattresses, I decided on a different one. Love their 120 day trial period also, they really want you to be happy with your purchase!

Purchased a mattress from Michael Neuman at the Mattress Firm store in Eagan Minnesota. He couldn’t have been nicer to us. He spent over an hour with us explaining the different types of mattresses and listening to all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable, personable and informative. His willingness to go above and beyond to answer all of our questions was outstanding. He really went the extra mile for us and I would recommend him to anybody who wants to buy a mattress.

I needed a mattress same day, but was stuck at work until late afternoon. I didn’t think this would be possible, but Abdi heard my needs and offered solutions! He was so wonderful and efficient in helping me purchase a mattress and coordinate pick up from the warehouse. I really appreciate his help!

Great store! Very helpful! We actually were at two different stores. Both were great. We were at the Apple Valley, Mn store & Eugene was super knowledgeable which helped our decision much easier, but wanted to think about it before making a purchase. When we were in the Cities again a couple weeks later, we stopped into the Eagan, MN store to reaffirm our decision. Michael helped us, figured out some additional features, so we, decided to buy.

We were very upset to have our mattress springs break after only a couple of months it took the next four months to get the warranty online I finally gave up on the online and went into the Eagan store Abdull Help me with the warranty and we got it taken care of he was wonderful and I appreciate all of his help I came back with the warranty letter and he help me pick out a good mattress. Hopefully this one will not fail.

Came in to look at a complete bed setup for our son who has had back surgery and has not been sleeping well. Worked with salesman to find the right combination for our son . Found a great bed setup with the adjustable base and my son loves it. Looking forward to many restful nights in the future !

Diane at the Mattress Firm was very knowledgeable and perfectly paced. She helped when we needed help and left us alone when we needed to discuss. She helped other customers at the same time but thanked us for our patience by way of discount. We received a free box spring as part of a promotion but Diane personally waived the delivery fee as well as reduced the price by 400 some dollars right away. Really nice experience.

He helped us purchase 4 beds for our new home in AZ. We could not have been more pleased with our overall experience. I ordered a pre-owned box spring from the Burnsville location to replace my broken one. When they delivered it, I noticed it was cracked AFTER I signed the papers. I thought this was going to be an issue since there are no returns on pre-owned items. I assumed they would say it was my fault because I had signed off that it was fine. I called the store and they fixed the issue, they set up a delivery for a new box spring to be delivered and were very polite. Definitely thought I was stuck with another broken box spring b ur the guys at Mattress Firm were amazing!

I went in a few weeks ago to get my first new mattress in 18 years. Diane was knowledgeable and helped my mom and I look around the store being mindful of our price range. Eventually, I settled on a well-rated Tulo memory foam mattress. It was scheduled for delivery five days later. The night before it was scheduled to be delivered I received a call that the mattress was not in stock and the delivery would need to be moved to the following Thursday. Thankfully I didn’t need the new bed that evening. I had an alternative solution. I waited and waited and the following Wednesday I received a call from the area manager, Aaron, informing me my mattress still wasn’t in stock. I was livid. I had been waiting to move into a new apartment because I didn’t have a bed there. He quickly rectified the situation by offering me an upgrade to a better mattress—something they did have in stock—and instructed me to return to this store to select a new one. Once again Diane was there to help me out. She recommended several options keeping in mind my brand preferences (which she remembered from before) and walked me through the pros/cons of each. Eventually, she upgraded me to a mattress that was significantly more expensive and charged me nothing extra. This experience could have been a truly terrible customer service nightmare, but the level of dedication and care Diane and Aaron put in to fixing the problem made all the difference. They arranged for my bed to be delivered that same Thursday and it was. I love my new bed. If you’re looking for a mattress retailer with integrity and customer-focused service this is the best place to go. Very happy I chose it.

Mike Neuman is an asset to your company. I came in with my wife to look at beds. Mike showed us different styles that would be best for my condition. I have had back and neck surgeries and torn rotator cuff in both shoulders. We finally settled on a Tempur-pedic adapt with the cooling gel. We will be needing another mattress in our spare bedroom and I will not hesitate to go to Mike again.
