Absolutely will return. Greg and Sam answered every question, they ran us through the "tour" of their mattresses, which one we should use based on how we sleep. They even recommended what kind of pillow we should use based on our body types. Will absolutlely be recommending these guys to anyone that is looking for a mattress. Consummate professionals. They have earned our business for as long as we will need beds!

When walking into the store my husband and I were greeted right away by Casey. He was very patient and took his time explaining to us all the benefits of every single mattress we were interested in. Our experience was amazing at this store. Kelly was very helpful and was super courteous. She helped us tremendously choose the right mattress. Moreover, when there was a logistic problem with our delivery, Kelly stepped up Big Time for us. She resolved the problem instantaneously and gave us a big perk along with a fast delivery. Excellent sales process and Robert was very easy to work with when picking out our new mattress. He got us the best deal and was patient when the computer was having difficulty accepting payment. He was knowledgeable about all the beds we tried out but he didn’t hover over us while we were trying them out. Which we appreciated. Overall we were highly satisfied with the buying experience. We haven’t gotten our bed yet so I can’t speak on that at the moment.

Taken care of like a King! (Left with a Queen). They gave me a welcoming hello as I entered. I was looking for a new bed to replace my very old bed. He gave me the run down on different models, I laid back and tried out the variety of softness/firm beds, as well as showing me the base that allows the mattress to lean up and whatnot. He was very professional, answered all my questions, and knew he wasn't pulling anything to just get me a bed - I genuinely felt like all my needs were met and bought a bed with his help and know it'll be one of my best investments yet!

Went in looking for a new queen mattress and was given the store showroom tour with a lot of info on the various offerings. Settled on a Stearns & Foster mattress, which was not initially promoted by the salesperson likely due to the lower price point. Purchase to delivery process was largely smooth. However, when told about a 4-month return policy pre-purchase, the fine print was conveniently not disclosed until after purchase (and there are MATERIAL conditions to that policy). Further, was not told about the adjustable base being non-refundable until after the purchase. Finally, a mattress cover was forced into the sale as "necessary" even though it was clearly indicated we were replacing a queen (aka we already have a fitted cover, so don't force sell me one). Overall, a typical sales experience with some good points and others not so great. Can't review the mattress yet as it's too new.

I had a terrific experience with the the Shakopee location. They answered my questions thoroughly and helped me understand the value of their products. My mattress was well over 12 years old, I obviously waited too long to replace it. I went into the store wanting to spend around $1,500 but was given other options to consider (and was not up sold) which helped me decide that I needed to invest more in this purchase. In the end I purchased a MFI Motion Series V3 Adjustable Base, King Sized Pressure Smart Plush Pillowtop Mattress for around $3,000 along with the premium mattress cover. Of course I would have liked to stick to my original budget, however the manner in which we were treated helped see the value of the options we selected. The service was a cut above the other three competitors we visited. I highly recommend this store and the organization. One last thing, their Foster Kids donation program made on behalf with my purchase was important to me, I like the idea that they have a program to give to a such a worthy cause! Cheers to the staff at the Shakopee store for an excellent experience!

Yesterday my partner and I visited the shakopee Mattress Firm and found the perfect mattress for both of us. We had purchased a Sleep Number bed that did not live up to the hype, with back aches every morning, we needed the support of an innerspring mattress. We met Dan who walked us through the process of choosing our support level; firm, medium, or plush. He listened to what worked for us in the past and showed us models that were the foam innerspring hybrid like what we had prior to our sleep number. It did not take long to sort from our least to most comfortable as Dan advised a 3,2,1 method of weeding them out. We laid in the Beauty Rest Jennings Hybrid Plus and felt our hips and spines align, and suddenly the back and hip aches were gone. We found a mattress we LOVED, our only hang up was the price, $4600 was $1900 more than what we had just paid for the sleep number. Dan was able to sort everything out for us by applying as many promotions and discounts he could find, bringing our first pick into our price range. He also threw in a complementary Purple seat cushion for my home office (or anywhere) when I sat on the demo and liked it. It was a great experience on the showroom floor. We would recommend visiting the Shakopee Mattress Firm and consulting with for your sleep needs. We are eagerly awaiting the arrival of our new mattress!

Buying product today from a brick and mortar store today can be a hassle! Craig Simon at the Mattress Firm store in Shakopee changed that feeling the minute my bride and I entered His store. I am handicapped and in a power chair. We are also seniors. Craig saw us coming opened the doors to make entry easier. His warm smile and kind hello made me feel we came to the right place. He explained the differences in product while listening to our needs. We found an adjustable bed and great mattress, the price and terms including delivery and take-a-way features are wonderful.Craig didn't even flinch when we told him we needed a day or so to think about it. Such a great experience! Jamie when above and beyond to help myself and my boyfriend find the perfect mattress for us, that would fit out needs! He was very patient while we were trying to make our decision, and didn't pressure us at all from one bed to another. In the end, we got the Beautyrest Pheobe Black Ice King size, and I am so excited for it to come! It unfortunately was on back order, so we do have a wait a little while, but it will be well worth the wait! Jamie was friendly and very knowledgeable about the different mattress's, and it was also nice that he used his own experience with different mattress purchases as well! I would highly recommend this place to anyone investing in a new bed! They have mattress's of all price points and of all different styles whether you like firm or soft. It was a great experience, and if we ever need another bed, this is the company and the location I will be coming back to!
