Needed a mattress for a guest room and didn't want to spend a fortune on it. Wanted to come in around $500 since it was barely going to get used John out in Apple valley did a great job showing us what they had. Very happy with our selection the bed is comfortable I have slept on it for a nap, and our guests have said it's also very comfortable for them no problem sleeping. Would definitely go back to him if we ever need another mattress.

Sean listened closely to my expressed needs, and patiently showed me a large selection of mattresses that fit my requirements. He explained the differences between various styles and provided a great deal of time to permit me to try them out. He was pleasant and knowledgable, and was dedicated to assisting me in choosing the mattress I was seeking. Sean also carefully went through the details of the return policy and delivery. I had previously visited several other stores, and was either blown off entirely, or was merely pointed in the general direction of the items that I was seeking. Online mattresses are great, but seeing and feeling products in the store can be really helpful. Working with Bau was hands down the BEST experience I could have asked for. I came in for an economical mattress for my guest bedroom. He respected my budget and showed me what I could get at different price points. Totally respectful, not pushy, and at the end of the day I got an amazing deal (and a comfortable bed for my guests that didn’t break the bank). I will be going back if I need anything.

Alli and Julie were extremely helpful. I shared my budget and what I was looking for. I was shown exactly that and given some options. They allowed me to test for a correct fit and feel as long as I needed and left me alone to make my decision. Never tried to upsell or talk me into anything other than what I came in for. They also worked out an exceptional price and then helped me load a Queen mattress into an SUV that it really didn't fit into. I will definitely return for future needs

We entered the Apple Valley store and was greeted by John. We started the “process “. Questions, then the first test. I was sold with the zero gravity position but we had just tried one mattress. On to two, three, then four. Yep, as little bear said, just right. We did retry mattress one and then the cheaper models but picked number four. It’s in stock and should have it delivered tomorrow. Mattresses are pricey and in most situations you get what you pay for. John was a joy to work with and very professional. Thanks

Sam did an amazing job! I spent well over an hour trying out pretty much every medium mattress available in store. Sam was extremely knowledgeable (and patient) in explaining what makes each mattress different and why they are priced differently. He helped me get a mattress that was in my budget as well as an adjustable base! I went to get a new mattresses this location, since I had been sleeping on the floor for the last month and had been on the same mattress for the last 17 years of my life. Eugene greeted us quickly and made sure I knew what I wanted with certainty. After going from firm beds to the comfortable realization of the soft beds, I realized this guy was great at his job. Although he was new, he seemed like a professional and I trusted every word he said. He gave us a great deal on a great one after talking it over with his very welcoming manager! We had never shopped at Mattress Firm before and it was a great experience. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. We just went in to look to see what they had for new beds for our daughter's. To be entirely honest, my husband and I went out originally planning to just look and go back to Sleep number to make a purchase. As soon as we walked into the store Sam walked up and greeted us immediately, and broke down almost every question we had with answers which made sense and made us feel welcomed and important. Our sales guy Sam in Apple Valley is really the reason we went with mattress firm. He wowed us with his approach to the business and customer service. He wasn't there to sell us a bed he was there to help us find the right fit for us and our body types. We ended up going with a hybrid mattress to support my heavier body type but also feel soft for my tiny wife. The delivery went off with out any issues, in fact it was really impressive how well the system communicated when they would be here. Installation took less than a half hour and they cleaned up everything. The only reason it is not a 10 for delivery is (probably my fault) they had dirty shoes. I did say they could leave them on but didn't expect mud, only snow. Not a big deal as it is getting replaced soon. I would recommend having some painting tarps to lay as they go in and out. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

My husband and I got a mattress from here on Black Friday (we went in the evening). We were greeted and sold a mattress by Dan. We got a really good deal in general, not just because it was Black Friday, thanks to Dan listening to our needs and the store being good to it's customers. He helped us pick the right mattress and recommended other items to include with our order (pillows, frame, etc). My husband is a very cautious shopper and I am the opposite so Dan had alot on his hands with us. We weren't necessarily going to buy one that day because we wanted to shop around and compare prices but all the cards fell into place and I am so glad we did. We had been sleeping on a very old mattress and it was time to make the leap. This is a big purchase because it is not cheap to buy a new bed!! But we felt we were lead in the right direction with just the right amount of support. We are so happy with our purchase and even the delivery drivers were great. Jeff greeted us an we entered and asked us what we were looking for. He taught me so much about mattresses and adjustable bases. (I thought those were just for people in the hospital or old people.) A few weeks ago the day after a car accident we were involved in we thought it was time for an upgrade since our mattress was 20+ years old, hurt our backs and didn’t help our recovery. My Fiancé and I first went in just to browse since we wanted to estimate what it would really cost. We were greeted by Daniel and he showed us around. We found a potential mattress but wasn’t ready to buy. A week later we came back with my mom and tried out a few more beds and found the one! We were again greeted by Daniel since he remembered us. He is an awesome salesman. He was patient with us, wasn’t pushy and we didn’t feel rushed. We saved $1300 on our mattress, plus an awesome FREE adjustable frame. They just delivered my mattress this morning and the movers were in and out under 20 minutes and were very friendly, it totally worked out since I work at 10am and was able to help my fiancé set the bedsheets up (They take your old mattress too! The store manager, Jeff Slaton, greeted us promptly once we walked into the store. He took the time to ask both of our names, gave us the names of the other gentlemen working, and also asked some questions about what had brought us into the store (like the quality of our current mattress or sleeping ailments). After learning about why we were there he proceeded to explain the layout of the store, what type of mattresses were where (firm, plush pillow top, Temperpedic, etc.), and provided some initial recommendations based off of the information we had given him so far. At no time was there any pressure to buy - in fact, we were encouraged to try out different mattresses for extended periods of time, in different sleeping positions (we were also encouraged to take off our winter gear so that a more natural feel of laying down on the mattresses could be experienced). What was the most surprising was Jeff's vast knowledge of not only mattresses and their benefits, but of sleep and sleep study - he was also very genuine and made a potential awkward or uncomfortable experience very comfortable and enjoyable. He mentioned he had been in the mattress industry for 40 years! It certainly showed! During the transaction phase one of the other employees struck up a conversation with me about the upcoming Super Bowl match-up - this just added to the overall friendly atmosphere that Jeff had set the tone for right out of the gate. I would absolutely recommend going here.
