I’d recommend this place. The sales representative Levi, helped me find the correct mattress for my needs and I didn’t feel overly pressured to make any purchases. He was straight forward, honest, and easy to communicate my needs to. Most of all, I just really appreciated the fact that he didn’t try to upsell me on things or sell me anything out of my budget. I was upfront about what I my budget was, and he respected that. Overall just a good experience. 👍🏼

Stopped in to get a new pillow to help with neck pain. I was a little nervous/overwhelmed because of all the options, but Brian answered all my questions and helped me narrow down my options until we found one that was right for me. He was able to get me a fantastic deal on two pillows! After just one night's sleep my neck pain has gotten so much better! I'll stop by again sometime if I need a mattress. Give Brian a raise!

Wonderful experience. We went to just get an idea for the future but Tony was so knowledgeable and personable, he was also not pushy. We found a couple options but they wouldn't arrive when we needed it. Tony found us the perfect mattress that we could get the next day. He gave us a discount for the mattress and pillows. If he hadn't offered that or been personable/knowledgeable we would have walked out just as easy as we walked in. Highly recommend.

Neil was great! I stopped on a Monday and he talked me through mattresses and bases. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything that day and he allowed me to think about it and come back a couple days later. I went back on a Thursday and ended up back at square one and was unsure what mattress and base I wanted to go with. He was extremely patient with me and gave me every detail I needed. He ended up giving me a PHENOMENAL deal with the best mattress I have ever laid on. It’s a big purchase, but Neil made the process easy and smooth. My wife and I went in on Saturday the 17th and were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Eric Snidarich. My intention was to try out a few mattresses and do some research. However, all the research I needed was Eric. We told him what we were looking for in a mattress and he started showing us exactly what we were looking for. We had a brand loyalty to Simmons and he showed us many options and we found exactly what we needed. He not only sold us two new mattress but also set up an excellent financing plan for us as well as selling us mattress protectors, pillows and sheets!

Very helpful. Came wanting to try out nine different mattresses from the website. Only had about six in store to try out. They didn't have very many of the foam ones for some reason. Guys kept on switching out the single wide mattresses over and over for us to try it out. Due to covid we had to put a cover over the pillows. Bought both a queen and california king. They will ship to your home and take away the old mattresses for $100. They have 120 day try to buy policy (return for 10% restock charge to replace or 20% restock to return), but it doesn't apply to california king and special order mattresses.

Lastly he gave us a discount on the top of the line pillow. I would highly recommend shopping here if you're looking for a new mattress.

I was on the hunt for a new mattress for our guest bedroom and went to City Place location originally looking at a mattress that I found out wasn’t carried by this store. Dianne started talking mattresses with me and I tried out several and actually found one that I liked more than the original one I was hunting for! Dianne is beyond knowledgeable of every mattress in this store down to what they are made of and how the body rests on different ones. She offered no pressure sales and helped me narrow down my product choices. P.S. stop in your local store. Your sales staff may be able to offer you unadvertised sales. I am beyond happy I did not overpay thousands for the mattress I originally on buying. Thank you Dianne and Mattress Firm.

We picked out a foam mattress as comfy as our Tuft & Needle (even though he warned us that our guests might not want to leave!). We're bringing it home today. My sales experience was great, got a good deal but the delivery drivers were so ridiculously inept it ruined my purchase experience. They were late, rude, in a hurry, said they didn't have time to finish my removal, and left garbage on the street and in my driveway. Sales guy had to send out another truck to finish the removal, the same delivery Slumberland accomplished without issue!

They aren't SUPER helpful, or at least are initially resistant to helping ya out AFTER you've purchased. There were hidden fees for the exchanges they failed to mention beforehand- but we eventually got there. in process of that now. I wish there was better price clarity and stability.
