I stopped by my local Mattress Firm because I was in the market, but at that point had my mind set on purchasing a bed in the box online. By the end of the night, I had purchased the Sleepy Hybrid Medium after trying out a couple mattresses in my budget. Darius was super helpful, and a good listener like a good sales person should be. Would highly recommend anyone check out Mattress Firm.

This is a new location and it’s great! Agree with the other reviews that Aaron is a fantastic resource. He is knowledgeable and personable. No sales pressure...but he did a great job of educating us on the options available to us. Not knowing anything about mattresses, this is the first store we walked into and Aaron made sure he got our favorite mattress in our hands, with a deal we couldn’t refuse.

I did all my research for what mattress I wanted/ needed before I went to Mattress Firm. When arriving Asher (store salesman) was very friendly and asked what I was looking for. When I explained, he quickly showed me the brand I wanted. He was able to tell me the differences between each mattress, and had me try all 3. He never attempted to get me to try different models/ brands. He knew what I wanted and he helped me get it. I hate shopping, especially for a mattress, but Asher was able to set me up with a mattress, delivery, pick up of my old mattress, and had me out within 30 minutes. The whole appointment was easy and good.

John was a great salesman. Very laid back, no pressure. We walked in, he asked a couple quick questions and started showing us exactly the kind of beds we were looking for. They had an awesome sale going on for the 4th of July, and I was looking at a particular mattress online which brought me to the store. Unfortunately it wasn't on display, but John was incredibly knowledgeable about the mattress and showed us two similar mattresses so we could get an idea of what it would be like. We decided to order the one I saw online, it showed up in 5 days, and it was exactly as he described in firmness and comfort. He warned us that there would be a smell and to let it air out a few days since it was vacuum sealed and compressed. When we opened it up the smell was very mild, definitely more of a factory fresh scent than a harsh chemical order, so I was very pleased. The mattress came to life within minutes, and was fully firm within a few hours. We still waited a few days to sleep on it. But since the first night we did, we have been getting the best sleep ever. Thanks so much John for being such an easy going but attentive salesman, you have saved our backs!

Mt fiancé and I came here today looking for a new mattress and came away with that and an adjustable frame for a great deal. We hadn’t been to this location before so we weren’t sure what kind of experience we would have but it was very pleasant and easy. John was our sales guy and he comes across as very genuine, helpful, transparent and patient. We highly recommend stopping here for your next endeavor in a good nights sleep. We had been considering replacing our bed for several years and had stopped in several competitors' show rooms looking at various options. We found most of the sales people to be pleasant, but lacking in knowledge about the beds they were selling. We also experienced some that were extremely "pushy" and that is a huge turn-off to us. We went to Mattress Firm and spoke with Aaron. We were immediately impressed with his expertise not merely on each bed, but also, on which features would be best for us. He began by asking us numerous questions which he told us would help him recommend the "right" bed for us. He then had us try out three beds and informed us of the advantages of each. He then suggested we take whatever time we needed to make our decision. Never did we feel pressured as we had at some competitors' stores. After asking some additional questions which he answered to our satisfaction, we purchased one that he had recommended. We were pleased with his follow-up to ensure the bed had been delivered and set up as promised. We love the bed and its features and are particularly pleased with the terrific service provided by Aaron. Without any reservation, we highly recommend that others speak with him when in the market for a new bed that will help provide a great night's sleep!

We had a great experience buying a mattress on Black Friday. Our associate Bryan was so helpful. We came in not having any idea of what we were looking for, and he walked us through all the options of firmness and mattress types, explaining the features and differences of everything. He was super patient and gave us plenty of time to try out the mattresses. He went through all the price point options once we'd narrowed down what we liked. He never pressured us to make a decision or tried to up-sell us on anything. I felt like he really helped us find what worked for us, and I feel like we got a good value. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

Oh man. We went in to just look around, since it's where we started our bed search. I didn't need a bed today. My 13 year old bed made of bowling alley pizza crust was enough for me. My back pain has become a part of the family now. And my boyfriend's snoring and sleep sweat just adds to the atmosphere. But that John (Juan). He's a smooth talker. Tossing in great deals, having us test out mattress after mattress until we found one we both liked. And we are probably the most indecisive people on the planet... John had quite the task ahead of him. Took the man less than 20 minutes to convince me, who essentially is content sleeping in a cardboard box, that I needed a mattress today. Man, what charisma! Truly a gent. And now my old man body will be somewhat soothed sleeping on my fancy, affordable, temperature cooling, new bed, all thanks to John. A true O.G.

This was the second (and final) stop on our mattress hunting journey. Walking in, the place feels a little more warehouse-y but still comfortable. Brian asked us if we had questions, gave us the rundown on the basics, and let us take our time looking around. He listened while we tried a few and commented on them, then came back and told us that he'd pulled down a bed for us to try that should be a good compromised based on what we both liked. It was perfect! The purchase was quick and easy and the sale they had going on meant we got a nicer bed than we'd expected and still stayed in budget. Thanks!!

Great experience overall - amazing service from manager Aaron. Went in with 2 young kids after a long day of shopping while I was trying to make a quick purchase on a twin mattress. A little chaotic but Aaron remained kind while my kids tried out EVERY bed and in the store, all while helping me find the perfect mattress. The one thing I'd change is more upfront pricing. The sticker had one price, then there was a sale, then an additional discount after that, so it would have been quicker if I could just see the final price upfront. I walked out with a great mattress (actually Aaron carried it to my car in the parking lot) with a good price.

Although we live a distance from Mattress Firm in SLP, we contacted Aaron to help us out once again. Aaron had helped us when we stopped by the Baxter store on our way back from Camp.
