I’ve been to the Burnsville Mattress Firm several times in the last few years but never followed through with a purchase simply because I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on 1 item and the final cost often was so over my budget it would need to be financed. However, this week was the greatest experience so far and I finally left with a purchase. The employee who helped me was respectful of my budget, time, and listened to what I actually wanted. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, as I usually do, but this time I wasn’t pushed to purchase something that was over budget. Instead I was asked questions about mattresses within my budget, tested them multiple times and ultimately found the perfect bed for me. This employee was extremely upfront about the costs associated with purchasing the mattress (taxes, delivery, base, etc.) to find my true budget range and then worked with me so I was able to purchase the item that felt the most comfortable. I wasn’t swindled to purchase additional items for a commission check. Honestly can’t thank Scooter N enough for making this big purchase a little easier. Now I am just hoping the mattress lives up to the buying experience.

The store is clean and information for the mattresses is nicely displayed. We got a fair price and hopefully a great mattress. We felt comfortable making the large purchase with Sherry and she explained the 120 day guarantee. If the mattress we ordered doesn't work out, we can switch it out. She explained the fees for that and everything.

Was at the Burnsville location and Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable. We did make a purchase within our budget and didn’t feel we settled for anything less than we we wanted. With all the mattress stores you see, I would recommend this one. Plus the warehouse is local. While they needed to order our frame (because it’s the specific one we wanted) it’ll only take two weeks. We can deal with that.

We first went to the Eagan store, but they did not carry the mattresses we wanted to try, so we were directed to the Burnsville store. Brian from Eagan called ahead to Burnsville, so when we arrived they were waiting for us, prepared to show us what we were looking for. Our salesperson was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helped us find a mattress solution that fit the polar opposite preferences of my husband and myself. We also purchased new pillows, after being given time to try, and debate from a large variety. The items we purchased were in stock and delivery was easy to schedule. We will definitely return when it's time to replace out kids' beds.

The salesman who helped me find my mattress was absolutely amazing. Even now, 5 years later, I still love my mattress! If you are looking ANYWHERE else for a matress stop it forget it and go see Lisa and Dan at Mattress Firm! I don't care if you even have to drive to get there. I brought my 84 year old father in who was in a wheelchair and in need for an adjustable bed. I called ahead and told Lisa about it and she had everything waiting for him. She was patient, educated and kind. She had many options available for him but when she say he was a rather impatient she tailored out experience to his needs.
