I cannot overstate the value in "try before you buy" when it comes to mattress shopping. I was able to experience every firmness combination from every high end brand I had heard of, and then some. What I thought I would like ended up being too soft for me. Ultimately, after spending time on dozens of mattresses and pillows, I chose the Nest Sparrow in Firm, which I hadn't even heard of before showing up to the Deep Sleep store. Do yourself a favor and buy your mattress here after finding your perfect fit. You won't get a better price anywhere online, the staff is incredibly helpful, and the selection is absolutely five stars.

I was looking for a hybrid mattress in a box for a platform bed and was very excited that the mattresses I was considering online were at their store. I am so happy because the mattresses I was going to buy was uncomfortable or too firm. They helped me find the right mattress that I never would have considered online and am so pleased. I also think I got a huge deal buying through them compared to what I would have gotten online. I’ve had the mattress for 2 months now and holding up great- just what I wanted!

Lots of choices and I found the perfect mattress. Very knowledgeable, not a hard sell at all which I appreciate and kept in touch regarding delivery. Delivery and set up went great. Prices were great! Would highly recommend!! Also did the survey prior to going and the recommendation was spot on, exactly the one I bought.

It looked a little weird pulling into the parking lot. Literally a showroom in an industrial park but they had lots of mattresses we wanted to try that weren't available at other places including Helix and Tuft & Needle. Clean. We were able to try them out.

I had heard through a friend that there was a place to try out online mattresses, and was really excited to come in to the store. Ben, the owner, was really friendly. He gave suggestions based on what type of bed we were looking for. There was a variety to try out. Ben even had discounts for ordering through him, instead of directly from the online manufacturer. I never felt pressured into buying, and felt like I could take my time laying on the beds. We ended up ordering a mattress brand we haven't heard of, and wouldn't have known about it unless coming to his store. He even knew the typical delivery time for the mattress. I will go back when we are ready for our next mattress. (Probably soon for one of the kids!)

Sleep Sherpa to the Rescue!!! It can be challenging reading online reviews of individual mattresses when the feel of a mattress is such a personal and important decision. The great thing about Sleep Sherpa is you can try out many, many mattresses from online retailers right there in the Sleep Sherpa showroom. There's a knowledgeable Sherpa (salesperson) there to help and answer questions. But no sales pressure at all-if you want to just lay on a mattress for 20 minutes to check it out, or bounce from mattress to mattress it's all good at the Sleep Sherpa showroom. After visiting a couple furniture and mattress stores and Sleep Sherpa I bought through the Sleep Sherpa website and got a great discount and a great mattress from an online mattress company. Received the mattress promptly and am very pleased with the purchase. Thanks Sherpa, I could not have done so well without you!!!

We went to the store with a mattress in mind, ended up purchasing something different. Pari was the sales women helping us. She was VERY helpful, able to answer all the questions I had, gave some personal opinions and professional opinions, and was not overbearing or pushy. She let us be on our own when we were testing the mattresses (which is what we prefer) and checked in on us as needed. We are excited to get our new mattress and pleased with the experience.
