The layout was unique, and immediately striking. The staff was great and willing to provide any information you were looking for. The staff were super helpful and provided me with all the information I was looking for, even though I mentioned I was just dropping by to check the store out. They have two variants of mattresses on display with multiple pod like setup. You can book 30 min appointments to try and sleep on the beds by yourself in a small enclosed private room with curtain kinda setup, which is definitely a new way of having people experience mattresses. Definitely recommend stopping by and checking them out.

I came to the Casper store at MOA with no expectations at all, with two Glow Lights that had stopped working (Glow Lights are one of the most truly innovative products I have seen in a while, as a side note). Shivana and the rest of staff were extremely helpful. They greeted me immediately upon entering the store with smiles and a friendly attitude. I presented the Glow Lights with a somber time, unsure whether anything could be done, and I kid you not, Shivana has them both working within a minute. Amazing. Thank you to the wonderful staff of Casper for not only fixing my lights but also for their cheery attitude, especially Fred the Plant. 😁

Very good experience here. The thought of going mattress shopping without being sure of what we needed or if we would even purchase was daunting. Amanda and Gabriel were so polite and helpful. We told them our situation and they were able to help narrow our choices. There was covid precautions. They were very knowledgeable and overall made our experience so beneficial.

Amanda was awesome. Made a same day appointment. Discussed what we are looking for and history of what have slept on. Tried two models (sheet, pillow, and everything very clean to insure felt safe) for 10 or so minutes each. No pressure sales but we ended up doing curbside pickup. She brought it out and helped load it. Hoping that this is a keeper after all the research. Thanks Amanda for the great service.

Me and my friend have both been looking for new mattresses recently and we both are now thinking of getting a casper after today. Amanda was a wealth of knowledge and Ben was nothing but charming. They Let us get a demonstration. It really was one of the highlights of our vacation so far we are glad we stopped by.

I was on the verge of buying a Casper mattress, but wanted to see one in person just to make sure, as this was my first memory foam and bed in a box experience. Justin was great and very low pressure, just wanted to be helpful and answer any questions. They also assisted me with a technical issue on a previous order from Casper that I made online a few days earlier, but tried to cancel. Overall they were very friendly, helpful, and I'm very excited to receive my Casper mattress!

Everyone in the Casper store at the MOA was very friendly. No one ever pushed me to buy anything and I probably stopped into the store 3-4 times before I decided to finally pull the trigger on the original Casper. As far as the mattress itself goes I really like it so far. I’ve had the mattress for around a month and a half and it’s been great. I went from a $3000 tempurpedic mattress to the Casper and I have to say that the Casper is better in every way. Sleeps much cooler, better pressure relief, and I don’t get “stuck” in my bed.

After researching mattresses online it was nice to actually try them out at this location. Tabitha helped us multiple times and was so accommodating and knowledgeable. Talking to her and taking time to try out the Wave vs. the Casper made me realize the Wave was the best choice for me.
