Painless is my definition with this shopping experience. The mattresses were available at varying comfort, quality, and pricing levels for me to choose from. Jake was a natural at answering my many questions, he was both knowledgeable and intuitive without being intrusive. I was approach and treated in a friendly, comfortable, pleasant manor. I was treated with respect and not rushed into anything. Given options that was help and needed to make my decision on what route to take and what would probably work best for me. I also was told up front if it don’t work out after 60 days I can return it just give it time for bed to break in an adjust before returning it. Love the attitude, patience and respect he had. I had called the store a few times asking questions. The prices I was quoted for an adjustable bed frame were no where near to what they actually are. I'm happy with my choice of mattress, but the adjustable frame I was shown and chose did not have the vibration option. Picking up at the warehouse was a nightmare. The person was rude and reckless with my purchases. I called and spoke to the store manager. I was promised that the warehouse manager would call me the next day. No call back.

We cannot thank Reese enough for all his help! Trying to get a family member moved into an assisted living home while we are living 3 hours away. Great shopping experience! I needed a mattress I could take home same day, on Memorial Day, and Ryan made it happen. I was in and out in 30 min, I feel like I got a great deal (after a lot of online preliminary comparison shopping, I knew the cost of what I wanted), and the customer service was top notch. Only time will tell how well my new Posturepedic Hybrid will hold up, but at this moment, I’m feeling pretty good about the whole thing.

Jasmine provided the PERFECT experience for exactly what I was looking for. I wanted the process to be quick and efficient and she understood that and did a perfect job facilitating the process of buying a mattress. She clearly did her dude diligence as far as trying to provide all the options of not only the mattresses but also the accessories (like pillows etc), so she clearly understands the balance between the corporations interests and the interests of the consumer. She made the experience super comfortable and was able to efficiently help me with my mattress purchase. Had she not been efficient I would have probably waited to purchase. I came here absolutely needing to buy a mattress and really not in the mood to actually shop for one. There was only an hour before the store was closing on a Friday night. James was the sleep expert that helped me. I really thought I would just look at one or two basic mattresses, pick one, and be on my way. However, James took the time to assess my needs and my situation. Then put my information into their computer program, which suggested a few mattresses. We proceeded to look at several different options with James giving his input and suggestions about each. After about an hour I ended up finding the perfect mattress setup for my needs. Then we had to figure out my contract and how I was going to pay. Ended up getting great, easy financing. I didn't get out of there until 45 minutes after the store closed. James never once was pushy or worried about the time. He just focused on helping me find what I needed and didn't stop until the job was done. Although I felt like this was going to be a dreadful, annoying experience - this was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. I don't think I've ever had so much fun and laughter and just pure enjoyment during a shopping experience with a sales associate. Mattress Firm, HOLD ONTO JAMES! HE IS ONE OF A KIND. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE. JUST FANTASTIC!!! Lastly, I spent much more than I originally budgeted for this purchase, but the financing options were simple and painless. So it made the decision to spend a bit more easy. Plus, I picked out a set that completely meets my needs. I've never been so excited to sleep!!! Thank you so much James and the Mattress Firm team!

The first time was a simple and quick mattress is a box purchase, the staff was was helpful and friendly. This time was different, I was looking for a mattress and an adjustable base. AWESOME EXPERIENCE I brought my elderly uncle in to buy a mattress I told Jim what we were looking for he pointed us in the right direction and he was very patient with my uncle. Not once did Jim try to be pushy or try to push a unwanted mattress on us. He made sure that we understood everything about the mattress ,the delivery and if we not satisfied with the mattress ... How long we had to return it. Jim is the best I would recommend this store every time .. The customer service was great.

I passed Mattress Firm on the way home and wandered in, half-heartedly thinking I could maybe use a new mattress. But WOW, my opinion was completely changed after meeting the salesperson, Donovan. Upon listening to his knowledge, I was sold! He carefully explained all the differences in pillow top, spring, and memory foam mattresses. He didn't push me towards something I wasn't comfortable with. He was humorous, easy to talk to, and actually listened to what I wanted! Sadly the day before our mattress and base were delivered my husband passed away. 😢 I tried the bed for about 2 months and it just wasn't for me. They are awesome and really do understand if things don't work out with the mattress you purchase. They will always try to accommodate you. Great service and quality products. Both Deanna and Lauren at the Miller Parkway location are both very insightful and courteous. I didn't expect anything more than to buy a plain new bed, but I'm glad they helped me find one that alleviates the pain in my back. I purchased the Beautyrest Pressure Smart (F) w/ the 900 adjustable base. The delivery was fast and they installed the base within minutes. I will come to check out some of the cooling pillow bundles.

She took care of everything, maximized our in store time and set up our order and our delivery. My husband and I came in about an hour before the store closed. The employee behind the desk Holden greated us as soon as we walked in. We explained we just left another store and found what we think we wanted and Holden explained that this other store had an older model from what Mattress Firm had. I brought in a picture from the other store. Holden not only showed up the new model of what we thought we wanted and 3 other options based on what we said. Holden was a no pressure kind of guy and I appreciate that. I decided on a mattress and base which was slightly more than my budget. Holden worked his magic and was able to get me $2 under my budget with exactly what I wanted. I didn't have to compromise anything. My original plan was to purchase online due to better prices, coupons and additional discounts I get through my credit card company. I went to Mattress Firm on Miller Parkway & wanted to purchase a king box spring. Their was some trouble with the system to process my payment so my payment was declined (even though I had the funds in my account). I was told I needed to wait for the payment to get out of pending status in my account & to check back later. I called a few days later & was told numerous things about them not being able to find my bill of sale. After a few failed attempts at getting a straight answer, I spoke to Donaven who explained everything that was going on to me as throughly as he could. I felt better informed after speaking with him on 2 separate phone calls. Donaven is a great asset to the company & they need more people like him. He really put my mind at ease.

I bought a Tulo Mattress from these guys. The price was good and the customer service was excellent (hence the three stars), but the mattress was defective out of the box. They are making me go through so many hoops to deal with this it is ridiculous. They told me that Tulo is great at customer service but they passed the buck to Mattress Firm. I submitted photos of the issue (right out of the box) but they are making me submit all these specific photos with their specific measuring tools, I've already wasted so much time on this. Just buy your Mattress from Amazon. Update: The sales reps told me that Tulo was not a subsidiary of Mattress Firm but all other sources say they are. I don't like being lied to. After being forced to do a ton of busywork to make a warranty claim, the warranty department denied the claim and said the mattress was defective and needed to be replaced at the showroom. The showroom finally agreed to replace it after this, two weeks and a couple of hours of my time later. Mattress Firm is holding up the show, I stand by my statement to buy from another source. Also, measure your mattress, get what you pay for. This company has lost my confidence as a sales channel as well as a manufacturer. Update 2: The replacement is also not the advertised 10 inches. If they cut corners and falsely advertise this basic fact, where else are they cutting corners?

So I got the Hampton and Rhoads which is crazy comfortable then the really really cheap mattress. I also sprung for the bed protectors because I don't mess around with bed bugs.
