I came into the Greenfield, Wisconsin location, in need of a queen box spring and unfortunately at this location there were none available in store. Thankfully, the customer service rep as able to find another location closer to home that did have the box spring in stock. Although, I planned to pick up the boxspring myself, to my surprise the same initial rep contacted me stating there was an opening for next day delivery free of charge. When I arrived at the West Milwaukee, Wisconsin, for pick up this customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. He was able to assist my boyfriend with the mattress to our vehicle as well as provided rope for travel. I highly recommend any mattress needs that you go to mattress firm.

Jim the store manager was great! We told him what we were looking for in a mattress, and gave us many options to choose from with many price points. He took the time to explain in detail the differences between all. Jim was not pushy and didnt try to sell us the most expensive mattress there, but rather gave us options for our price point. I bought the Tempur-pedic sheets and cooling protector. I can’t wait to get them on my bed. My old sheets said they were supposed to be cooling but weren’t. I can tell by the samples of the fabrics I felt that these are going to be far more effective. I can feel how cool and breathable the fabric is just by holding it in my hand. I love sleep and can’t wait. Thanks Jim!

My wife and I went in looking for a boxspring for out Tempur-Pedic. We told our sales rep. what we were looking for and within 2 minutes we had exactly what we needed. He even gave us advice about our bed, indicating that another boxspring we were looking at wasn’t strong enough to support our type of mattress, saving us both time and extra money (including a headache we didn’t need) by getting the right boxspring the first time.

I had a great experience at this mattress firm location, due to manager, James. I bought a firm bed that was actually more medium-firm and ended up being too soft for me. I went in and discussed with James and he listened, asked questions and spent the time with me to help me find a new mattress. I bought a new mattress two years ago from a local store and lived with a horrible mistake. This place over charged me double the mattress value, and didn’t care about the consumer. Today I spent Time with Jim and bought a mattress to fix my mistake two years ago. Jim is a good honest American, who actually cares about you! Thanks Jim and mattress firm. The service was excellent. I went to JC Penny to look at mattresses. I own a Beauty Rest that is almost 10 years old. I loved it so much I went in looking for another Beauty Rest but with an open mind to another brand. Maybe not pillow top this time, and maybe a little firmer, I currently have a plush pillow top. All of the mattresses were filthy dirty and I couldn’t even lay on them to test them. We decided to leave and while driving up the street we saw this mattress place. Walked in, and it was like paradise. Different brands to look at and all immaculate and inviting. The employee listened to what I was looking for. Within 5 minutes he narrowed me down to 3-4 mattresses. Within 15 minutes, I chose my mattress that was even in stock. Within twenty minutes to half hour I had my mattress chosen, was approved for financing, and had my delivery date set and was out the door. I will return to change my review if there is a delivery or product issue upon receipt, but if in two days I still have it rated a 5 star, assume I didn’t find any issues with delivery or the actual mattress.

Update: it turns out that I did not like the mattress that I chose. It was too firm. I called them within days before my 120 days trial period ended and sure enough they allowed me to come in and switch my mattress to one that I am more comfortable in. They were very pleasant about it. I just had to pay a restocking fee and the difference on my more expensive mattress and of course delivery which was understandable and well worth being able to switch my mattress to a better one. Thanks to Josh for providing us with such excellent service. We have purchased from Mattress Firm several times and are always happy with the selection and service. This purchase was a simple frame for a twin bed. We called and had all our questions answered over the phone and then headed in to the store where we were shown everything and made the purchase. Went to mattress firm originally in Wauwatosa to buy a new box spring for my recently purchased mattress. I was met with a lot of high pressure sales tactics and was not given all of my options only the highest price option as it would “be our only option”. When I told them I didn’t feel comfortable with that option I was met with him continually still trying to sell me it. I left and called the Greenfield location where Jack answered my call. He gave me a list of all available options, prices, and availability. I stepped in the store and Jack was very friendly and turned around my experience for mattress firm. He obviously cared more about customers being happy than making his own commission. If you have to go to mattress firm please go visit Jack.

We were thinking about ways around the initial "Greeting/Sales" pitch. That given pitch where they just attack you for a sale. Carl greeted us and there was no sales pitch. It was a comforting statement of where he said "how can I help you with getting the best mattress for you?" The time with Carl was a sense of relief and relaxation. As he literally helped us narrow our search. We tried different mattresses and were between two. His product knowledge is what helped us made our choice. The service we received was OUTSTANDING! Carl by no means pressure you to buying. He wants you to be comfortable buying and laying in your future mattress. Thank you Carl for understanding our needs not just our wants. My fiance's pregnancy will now be a lot more smoother.

I had walked in on a Saturday evening, shortly after browsing a closing store sale at sears. Daniel was the man who assisted me and I would suggest requesting for him when you are looking for a mattress for yourself. The deal I got at mattress firm- was BETTER - than Sears' everything must go sale! I was immediately respected when I arrived, offered a water or tea, and understanding of the color combos before I began to browse my options. I believe I received a higher discount than I would if I had went in on Labor Day, and got to pick up my mattress a day early. This was my first time buying a mattress as a mid-20's adult, and I didn't feel taken advantage of for my sale or pressured into buying anything I didn't want to. I walked into Mattrrss Firm thinking that they would have a good cross section of mattresses but would probably be overpriced. Boy was I wrong. The assistant manager, Aaron A quickly showed the error in my thinking. He was very knowledgeable & said that he not only would match another store's price but he would take an additional 10% off if II could find one for less. I found a great mattrrss there but did comparative shopping anyway, A couple of hours later I was back to talk with Aaron.
