Kyle helped my husband and I find the warranty for a box spring we had bought at this store many years ago. He applied the warranty toward the purchase of a new box spring. He never pressured us to buy more than we needed. He was kind, friendly, and very practical. Honestly, it felt like a bit of a miracle to get such a helpful person the week before Christmas. Another mattress store canceled my delivery twice and said it would take another three days to deliver to my house. That order was canceled by me immediately. Waiting for the refund. I called Kyle L. at the Springhurst SleepOutfitters store 30 minutes until closing on a Thursday night. He took my order over the phone for the mattress I wanted from the other mattress store and it was delivered to my house Saturday by 9:30am. Kyle even did a follow-up call to me Saturday to make sure I was satisfied. The mattress was delivered fast, $200 lower price than other store, and had outstanding customer service. I would recommend this store and will buy from them in the future. Thanks Kyle!!

Went in unsure what mattress model was right for me but certainly did not think I’d be going home with a TempurPedic. Our salesman Kyle was very knowledgeable about every mattress in the store. He let us try out many beds that he thought would fit our liking. I tried out a tempurpedic with an adjustable base and was sold. The various positions it can put you in make you wonder why you’ve ever been sleeping on a flat bed. These beds sell themselves and Kyle just made the whole transaction a very smooth and enjoyable process.

Visited late yesterday just to look at new mattresses. Kyle was the clerk working, showed us a few different types based on our sleeping style. We hadn’t intended to purchase anything just yet, but after we tried one of the Tempur Pedic models, we fell in love. Kyle was very professional, not pushy at all and was very knowledgeable. I texted him later to confirm we would like to move forward with the sale, he will be calling me later today to arrange financing and complete the sale. I really like the fact they are owned by Tempur-Sealy, no middle man involved should we have any issues. Very impressed! Update: Mattress and base were both delivered this morning earlier than expected by Jason and James. They were here maybe 20 minutes, cleaned up all the packaging, showed me how to work the adjustable base and were on their way. Extremely pleased with everything from the sale to delivery.

Bed was delivered yesterday and Slava called this morning to make sure delivery was excellent and we were pleased with the product. We spoke briefly about the budget and target price range we were looking for and without hesitation we were shown what was in our price range and nothing outside of what we were comfortable spending . He was very professional and well versed in product knowledge. While we had just stopped in we have been shopping around both online and in other retail stores. The sales people at other places were very pushy and aggressive in their respective attempts to go outside of our comfort zone. It was the complete opposite with Slava. He never pushed a hard sale or reached for better then what we asked for. That was such a relief. Ultimately we got a mattress that was a little above our price range, it was our decision. When we need a time and space he gave it with no real ques from us. Timing wise it was exactly what we needed. Through the process of getting everything wrapped up he was very meticulous in explaining the minor details and breakdowns of cost. Nothing was left unanswered and clear expectations were set on both sides of the transaction. I would highly recommend visiting this location and getting in touch with Slava for any mattress or bedding needs. We will be back in about 7 years when its time to upgrade again .
