You don’t often go mattress shopping, but when you do it should be a great experience. Dan made that happen! From the moment we stepped into Sleep Outfitters, we felt at ease with the cleanliness and covid protocols that were taken well beyond measure. Dan greeted us with a smile (wearing a mask but you could see him smiling with his eyes!) and made us feel right at home. The facility was beautiful, mattresses were great quality, and the hospitality was top notch...but we of course needed to do our due diligence and shop around before making a decision. Not one, but all other mattress retailers we visited didn’t even come close to Sleep Outfitters. We immediately returned to Dan and made our purchase. I have purchased 4 mattresses from this location over a period of 4 years for various rooms in my home, I have always had great service and they have been very accommodating. I needed to purchase 3 more mattresses today and once again they didn't fail me. We needed the mattresses delivered to another state and Vince worked very hard to make that happen. I should've started here to begin with. I went to one of sleep outfitters competitors before I ended up here, mainly because I just wasn't familiar with sleep outfitter's. What a huge mistake it was. I won't mention the competition's name, but I was told 2 different times my mattress would be delivered on a certain date, but it never was. Long story short, they had no clue when they were getting it in stock. I called the Middletown sleep outfitters, and spoke to Kyle. I told him what I was looking for and asked him if it was in stock? He was more than happy to check, and when he confirmed they had it, he told me they could even deliver the next day. I was skeptical I'll admit. I drove over there, met Kyle in person, he confirmed, they had the mattress and base I wanted. He didn't try to up sell me on anything, he wasn't pushy. He was easy to deal with, and assured me that they could deliver. Sure enough the next day I had my mattress, after waiting for nearly a month from the competition, and still no idea on a specific date, they could've delivered. I realized after the delivery team brought the set in and assembled it, I bought a box spring that was clearly too tall for my frame. I called Kyle and explained the bed was sitting too high. Kyle quickly called the warehouse made sure they had the next size down in stock, and set me up for a delivery swap out on the box springs the next day. If you are looking for the good brands, (Tempur, Sealy, etc.) then go here. They have inventory and can deliver quick, turns out they are owned by the mattress makers. Truly exceptional service. Even the delivery guys were first class as well. Wore masks in the house, feet coverings up to the porch, then switched those out for a new set to come inside with. Can't go wrong with sleep outfitters.
