Came in on a Friday afternoon and was helped by Joe. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the service and my purchase. 100% recommend. Edit: I realized 2 hours later that I purchased the wrong size mattress. I called them back to see if I could upgrade to a larger size to accommodate my needs. Joe helped me once again and got me set up with the size I needed. It was quick, easy, and he still was able to get me a great price. Some of the best customer service I've ever had. I can't say enough good things about Sleep Outfitters. If you're in need for a bed come here and you won't be disappointed. 6 out of 5 stars. Thank you guys so much.

When we first walked on they had a fancy table and chair so we felt like we were walking into a car dealership. It was a bit intimidating at first but Joanie really put ys at ease. She was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and yiu could tell she had been doing it for awhile. She was very patient and helpful and we didn't feel pressured at all. Just made my first adjustable frame purchase. George P on Hurstbourne lane was my salesman. I called in advance to discuss and went to my appointment the same day. He was great. My visit was awesome. The store is beautiful and very private. George provided me with all the information I needed to know about my frame as well as being cautious with the circumstances regarding the pandemic. I highly recommend this store. It’s only taking a few days to have it delivered and set up!! Can’t wait!!!

Charles was absolutely wonderful. He took us on a real journey. I can honestly say I’ve never had a sales experience like this one. Charles not only had complete knowledge of the mattresses and power bases in stock, he also knew about the various medical issues to look for when it comes to sleeping posture, support, etc. He did not once push us above our price range. He took us around the store and narrowed it down mattress by mattress until we found our perfect mattress that was within our budget. All in all, he spent about an hour with us. We had previously visited a Mattress Firm store before coming to this one and the lady over there just showed us one mattress. Didn’t ask any questions about anything else. Charles had a full questionnaire for us even before we touched a mattress. Additionally, it looked like the store was thoroughly sanitized as per covid protection guidelines. There was hand sanitizer, free disposable masks, etc at a front table near the entrance for those who needed it. It was honestly a great experience. My husband and I joked afterward that we wished we had money to blow on another mattress buying experience with Charles.

Our first purchase with Sleep Outfitters was the People's Choice bed and we found it to be TOO soft. I never could make it through the night on it without having to move to the guest room and hubby woke up with back pain. I went back in and worked with George at the Hurstbourne lane store. He was very helpful in helping me find one of the Hybrid beds that apparently is a best seller for them. However, after paying the price difference, the bed was backordered much longer than anticipated. He was so great at going all the way to the Sealy distributor to find the problem.

I was very pleased with the service and my purchase. I bought two mattresses. Charles Sowards was my salesman and he worked with me until I found a mattress that felt great. I had previously purchased a Tempurpedic mattress online from Tempurpedic, along with an adjustable bed base, which was way too hard and I had to return it. I kept the adjustable base. Tempurpedic contracts out delivery service of their products, and the people who delivered it did not know how to set up the bed and they had to come back and fix it. Sleep outfitters delivery was great. They have in-house employees who deliver.No issues – they were very professional and helpful. They wore Footes to protect my carpet, were timely and took precautions for Covid-19. They were knowledgeable about my product and answered questions too! So very happy with the delivery. So Charles worked with me to find a replacement for the Tempurpedic I returned. It had to work with my adjustable base, so that was a concern. He was very knowledgeable about the mattress industry and I spent quite a bit of time talking to him, asking questions about mattresses and adjustable beds and checking out his products. He suggested that I lie on the one that I liked best several times before purchasing, so that’s what I did. There was no sales pressure. He guided me to the ones that would work best for me, and I am very happy with my purchase. He was professional and had good communication skills. I wish I had worked with Charles from the beginning-It sure would have saved me a lot of time! And, I had a comfort level because they have a good return policy, so I wouldn’t be stuck if I had any problems.They have a good selection of mattresses. I feel like sleep outfitters care about their customers and do everything they can to insure they get the right product and have a good shopping experience.

Although the salesperson nor Sleepoutfitters would not be making a direst sale, they certainly have done a great job in creating a great environment and training their employees. George Parker helped me and was nothing short of fantastic in trying to find the right replacement for me. He also told me about the appointment scheduling they instituted since the pandemic started.. Certainly a great idea to put people at ease during these difficult retail shopping times.

The bad thing about that is that all the mattress stores, and other furniture retailers couldn't get us one for 4 weeks. George at the Jtown sleep outfitters assured us we would have it by Friday. Now that's cool and all, but the real 5 star part was the service. He asked questions about our sleep habits and what we needed from our mattress. Sure enough the recommendations he had were all VERY close to what we needed.
