With the savings we had left we were able to get our differently abled daughter a brand new memory foam mattress and pillow. It was definitely a win win for our family. Overwhelming with product knowledge and service(Keenan). The only thing he couldn’t help us with was a warranty mattress they sold us. Any Tempurpedic warranty is done directly with them, not the location where the purchase was made. Doesn’t make sense especially since they own Sleep Outfitters. Keenan is the best!

Very good experience here on Sunday. Did not want to drive all the way into Louisville to the “mattress warehouse”, so we stopped here first to see how they compared. Keenan directed us to the best mattress (on a budget, not luxury customers). They had exactly what we wanted - king size, medium firmness, box springs, and frame! And the best part, delivery was scheduled for 24 hrs (so I don’t have to carry mattresses into my parents’ senior living facility). Keenan is awesome, he will go out of his way to find you a good deal. We will be back SOON to buy another KING set from him (for myself this time 😜).

I recently purchased a Sealy Silver Chill Hybrid mattress from Sleep Outfitters on Bardstown Rd (Glenmary). Keenan Brown is the manager and is wonderful!! I suffer from fibromyalgia and he was so helpful in recommending the best mattresses for my physical comfort. I hadn't purchased a mattress in 19 yrs and he was able to address any questions I had perfectly, as things have changed so much since my last purchase. Sleep Outfitters sells Sealy, Tempurpedic, Stearns and Foster. I did comparison shop but when I was ready to purchase, I returned to do that at Sleep Outfitters! Delivery was set up for 2 days later. They called me the night before to let me know the 2 hr window time they would arrive. The delivery guys were right on time, did a great job setting up the new mattress and foundation, and hauling off the old mattress and boxsprings. Last night was our first night using it and I slept very well. It is a little firmer than the one in the showroom but they offer a 120 night comfort promise so you can exchange the mattress for another one after 30 days trying it. But I don't think I'll be doing that. I definitely would recommend Sleep Outfitters Glenmary when purchasing a mattress and Keenan will help you find the best mattress for your needs!
