My wife and I shopped this store for a new mattress to replace one the we had previously purchased. Michelle was very methodical about explaining all the different models, types, and setups of mattresses and bases. She did a very good job of guiding us through the process and helped us narrow the selection down to the mattress and base that fit the needs of both my wife and I. We felt heard and understood around our preferences, experiences, and budget. She did not pressure us in any way and was able to direct us to the product that met all of the categories. It was a great shopping experience.

We had such a great experience earlier today. Michelle Chesser greeted us when we stopped in. She gave us lots of product information and allowed us to lay on several different beds. She did not pressure us or steer us towards the most expensive beds. She offered different options to help save money which made all the difference and we made a decision based on her expertise and suggestions! Everyone I’ve encountered at this Mattress Firm has been wonderful, but Michelle was absolutely fantastic. This is the first bed I have actually bought for myself, and I have a lot of back problems, so I was very nervous going into this process. She was incredibly kind and patient, and I never felt rushed. I had found one that I thought would be good online, and when I went in she showed that one to me, but after hearing about my back issues she recommended a few others that would be better for me. I was so nervous about this, but she made it so quick and painless!! I know that I will always go to her any time I need a new mattress!

Staff was friendly and courteous. But they had an aroma diffuser running that was a little bit too strong. I should say that I had a migraine and so the aroma might’ve seemed stronger than it actually was due to my migraine. I was a little disappointed they don’t keep the pillow I wanted in the store anymore and I had to drive to a warehouse to pick up my pillows.

Michelle was awesome.. She is not pushy and doesn't try to get you to buy the most expensive mattress. She's very honest and listens to your questions and provides you with informative answers. I appreciated her honesty and her taking the time to explain things. I had been in a different mattress firm and the sales guy was nice and polite but I didn't feel like he was understanding my concern. I thought I had picked out my new mattress and was going to purchase it the following weeks. I happened to be in Middletown so I stopped in that mattress firm to lie on the one the other sales man directed me to. However, it felt uncomfortable. Michelle finished with her other customer and came to see if I needed help. I explained my sleep concerns to her and she directed me to two different beds. Thank God I didn't purchase the other one. She helped me to pick the right bed for me and really listened to my needs. If you need a new mattress I highly recommend going to Middletown and asking for Michelle.

Service was good, selection was nice. Finance options were good. Incentives like $ off of accessories or free adjustable base. Delivery was reasonable, free takeaway and set up but would have been a little long to wait for (6 days). Luckily we had our truck and our mattress was in stock so we took it with us.

I shopped around at several mattress stores on my quest for a new mattress. I had narrowed my choices down to two mattresses. I went through the same ritual at each store. Lay on this lay on that one, back and forth I went between the two. Most sales people stood by and watched my antics unfold. Tyler Helfrich at the Middletown store talked to me on a personal level about the different mattresses. He’s a sales person sure but he connected with me on exactly what my dilemma was between the two mattresses. After speaking with Tyler I knew I was going to purchase my mattress from him and I told him that. Even if he would’ve been a bit more expensive I was buying from Tyler. Turns out he wasn’t and actually saved me a few dollars. I’m very pleased with my experience and I’m sure I have settled on the perfect mattress., Sealy highpoint hybrid firm. He informed us that their store was getting in the Nectar and he could honor their price online, after talking about it he actually found us a deal with the “Sleepy’s” that was absolutely amazing. If you don't feel rested in the morning, buy a new mattress. It is our third mattress from this store. We are super happy and very impressed with the high quality materials they are made of. Shawn out at the Middletown store took care of me when I wasn't satisfied with the Mattress I had recently purchased. After the initial month and a half I still had restless nights, and couldn't get acclimated. He explained that some people are comfortable on different mattress types. That's why they have the 120 day trial, some people can sleep on beds as hard as bricks, but some need a lot softer. He made me feel that I was no hassle and that it was no trouble at all to show me a couple other models. Great salesman he is and recommend that store.

So I've never stopped into this store because I thought they only sold firm mattress's, but I'm glad I did. Michael was very helpful, Knowledgeable, and gave us a great deal on two mattresses and inclining bed. I had checked around at some of the other local stores and his price could not be beat, even though the mattresses were not identical that I was comparing between the stores. The delivery and setup was on time, all the old mattresses were removed. Had some trouble with the inclining bed by Michael took care of it immediately. Great job Michael!

If Carson is working while you’re there, you have to do your business with him. He really keeps it real with you. He’s not gonna cheat you or try any tricky salesperson act on you. He actually cares about how you get the best deal you can get and will explain the reasoning behind every option there is. Also, Carson didn’t give off the whole car salesman vibe when we worked with him. (Every other mattress salesman we talked with seemed to give off the car salesman vibe, always trying to trick you into spending more.) No one likes shopping for a mattress, every salesperson seems like they are attacking you to try something just like vendors at a mall. Carson was the opposite and made the process very easy and joyful. He explains everything to the point that you feel confident that you are actually, getting the best deal. 11/10 experience. I was able to drive home with a smile on my face and happy knowing I got the best deal I could get. If Carson is there, I would highly recommend doing business with him. He makes it very painless
