Our sales associate Antoine was absolutely fantastic! We had been to other stores before coming to Mattress Firm and was smothered by other sales persons. Antoine gave us breathing space to talk, came quickly when needed and answered all our questions when asked. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars. I did my research heavily and it is possible to get a good deal on a high quality mattress here. I would only go to this location though.

He was happy to show us all of the options he had available and answered every question I could think of. He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. He didn't ever get annoyed by my questions and indecisiveness. He was so friendly that even though we had just gone in to look, we ended up purchasing a very nice Mattress and adjustable base that we'd originally had no intention of even looking at. I needed one caster for my bed frame. Every mattress store I called told me I would need to buy a new frame because the casters was not available separate. The manager at this store not only helped me with the one I needed but gave me a whole set of 4 to assure my bed sit level and didn’t charge me nothing for them. Great customer service!!
