Purchased a queen size mattress and was shocked when I was told I’d receive an adjustable base with the purchase. That made the purchase a lot easier lol. Scot took time to explain and answer every question I had and even placed the mattress I purchased on the adjustable base so I’d know exactly what to expect. He also never rushed me and never made me feel like I wasn’t important even though I told him I was just shopping around. All in all one of the better sales experiences I’ve had when spending that much money.

Staff was helpful and kind. Even though i came in later in the day stayed with me and helped me find a mattress that fits with my needs. Even after the store should have closed. Showed me a variety of mattress option to help me narrow down what works best for me. Explained the delivery options and warranty in simple and clear terms. Will be my go to mattress store in the future.

Dominic was very helpful. He started out with the high cost options but when I told him my price range he gladly showed me some other beds. He really took his time even though it was getting close to closing time. He told me all about the beds. The only downfall was that I can't have my bed delivered for 2.5 weeks but....it's going to be worth it. I went with the Stearn and Foster :)

On black friday I order a new mattress, with the free base, online. I paid for my order and didn't think anything else about it. On Saturday I received a marketing email from Mattress Firm that contained a banner about their leasing options through Progressive Leasing. I read through the options and wished I had seen this when I had ordered the day prior. Being the holiday season, trying to move and the transmission went out in my truck, I decided it wouldn't hurt to call and speak with someone about the leasing options. Sebastian was the salesperson I talked to on the phone. He looked up my order, since it hadn't processed yet, he canceled it, refunded my account and reordered the product through the leasing option I had chosen. He also sent me email confirmation of the canceled order and of the new order, and contract,, through Progressive Leasing. Sebastian was very knowledgeable of the product, he maintained an enthusiastic experience and seemed overall concerned about the situation. I highly recommend him and this store with any concerns you have with an order. Thank You so very much Sebastian. Happy Holidays 😊

The store was smaller which made me apprehensive about how much choice they would have, but they had many options. The Carlos was sweet as can be and worked so well with my budget. I had been to a few other stores that told me the earliest they could get me a king mattress was late October, but Carlos found a great one in my price range and it was delivered the next day. He helped me decide what delivery option fit me best and was not just trying to get the sale. Phenomenal service!

Had a great experience buying our mattress here. The guy (Shawn) was so patient and beyond kind. He went out of his way to make sure we got a mattress we would be happy with and a price we could afford! Both Shawn and Michelle went the extra mile to help us load mattress and box spring in truck and tie it down. When we got home we had a question and called up the store and Michelle again took time to answer all our questions (and reminded me of their names because I wanted to give them all of this credit.. In America, great people giving great customer service is part of what has always made us great). We cannot say enough great things about these 2 employees or the store itself. Need a mattress? Go to Mattress Firm on Outer loop!!! Real review, folks. We had never even heard of this place but just stopped in there because we were looking for a new mattress. New boxspring too was so very cheap, like 60 bucks or so. They have pillows that are absolutely to die for also and I had never even heard of them.

Brad was incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. Coming from a hand-me-down mattress, I had no idea what to look for. But that didn't matter with Brad's help. He answered any questions I had and suggested what to look for based on my own needs. Never once did he try to up sell me or push me towards a higher priced bed. I was there for quite some time trying to decide but he was very patient and never rushed me or made me feel like I was taking to long even as it got closer to closing time. I left knowing I had picked the bed I wanted and not a bed that was pushed on me. I would suggest anyone that is looking for a new mattress to go to Mattress Firm. They saved me a lot of time and money getting everything I needed. Can't wait for my new mattress to come in!

I came in just to compare mattresses and prices today but they had the perfect mattress for about $100 less than comparable models of their competitors so I bought it and made it my last stop of the day. Chris the salesman was very knowledgeable on all the products the store offered and directed me to the right mattress based on the information I gave him and feedback from trying out each mattress. He was helpful but wasn't overbearing which is a rarity in a salesman.
