Andrew exceeded my expectations for a mattress purchase that I needed on short notice. He set up a same day pickup at the warehouse and when I got home and noticed I needed a thicker mattress to accommodate my headboard and width, he did not hesitate to find me a better replacement of my choosing at a better deal. On top of that he called and set up my same day exchange at the warehouse! He totally went above and beyond excellent customer service. Do not hesitate to visit this location for your mattress needs! He got me in and out in less than an hour. He was able to save me more money by finding a returned mattress at another store, and gave me a deal on the box spring to try to stay closer to my budget. He made it to where I didn’t have to wait for 10 days by finding a box spring and the mattress in stock at other locations. Great experience. 4th of July sales are great if you’re looking to upgrade your mattress. Didn’t feel pressure to get a particular mattress. Sales associate was very knowledgeable about the different types and responded to what we thought of a mattress and pointed us to the next one. Just for buyers: if you are getting discount with sleeping items (like mattress protectors, pillows, etc.) look them up on Amazon before adding them to your total. You can save yourself 100+ on just taking the discount from your mattress base or something else.

Could not be more happy with this place! I needed an adjustable frame for our bed in an emergency yesterday(Sounds weird being an emergency, but wife needs head elevated). Having bought our mattress there in 2018, I called them first thing. Figured they know our bed so could help us. Alex was all over it!! He managed to find me a model at their warehouse. All the while he had customers in the store. He managed to juggle my call with them so smoothly I never felt pressed for time or neglected. He cut us a wonderful discount in light of our previous business we've done with them. Within 30 minutes as promised, I had a link in my email to pay. Clicked it, paid, went and rented a truck. Cut to the end, in about a 4-5 hour time-frame between deciding we needed this, and my wife lying comfortably(and elevated) in it, everything went perfectly, and I somehow finished this project 400-500 bucks under our budget with a more featured frame than I'd anticipated. Big thanks to Alex from Mattress Firm, and my 3 buddies who showed up on super short notice to carry and assemble. You all made my wife comfortable and me a happy man!!!
