If you are in the market for a for-life mattress, definitely make a stop at this store! Nydia, the store manager is amazing: funny and entertaining, on top of being very informative, transparent, and helpful! Most mattresses (at least the ones we tried) were a level above anything else we've tried elsewhere... Some made us feel like we were lying on a cloud (in a good way!). Overall impression we came away with is it's a legitimate company, making an amazing product.

The service at this Tempurpedic flagship store is amazing. Doug was absolutely helpful with my million questions. I must have tried each bed like 4 times as well. Doug was super patient and always recommended the best options for my budget and needs. Genuine person at heart. I was never pressured into anything. It took me a couple of days to decide which mattress I wanted and he completely understood. Pressure free.

I walked into the flagship store a few months ago after hearing my friends rave about their Tempur-Pedic. The agent was super friendly, and patient, while I tried a variety of mattress configurations for an hour (maybe more). Earlier today I decided to make the jump and spoke to Nydia over the phone. Nydia answered all my questions and took care of my order, shipping details, payment, etc in a flash. Seamless customer experience. Highly recommend the flagship store for all your mattress needs.

Came into the store to make sure the size of the pillow I was eyeing actually was comfortable. The testing process is sanitary and quick, and they provide a thin sheet for the mattress and pillow. Very friendly and upfront about prices!

She was prepared with sanitizer and a paper sheet so I could feel comfortable with the experience. I found the perfect mattress. I went home to double check on the measurements and we completed the sale on the phone. I highly recommend this wonderful lady. You will find the mattress to be life changing. I have been sleeping on them for over 20 years.

What really stands about this store and Doug is their close attention to detail with being well experienced with product familiarity. So happy to know that there’s a location in WeHo! I used to drive out to Rancho Cucamonga so it was nice to cut the drive time. Not only that, but per usual I had great customer service at Tempur-Pedic. There’s a gentleman who helped me, Gino- he’s very knowledgeable about the product, helpful patient and kind throughout my shopping experience. I’m very particular as I have a bad back from a recent car collision, neuropathy issues, fibromyalgia, suffer from complex migraine disorder, seizures and other neurological disorders, so finding the right sleeping products is a very serious matter to me. So whenever I come across someone who takes their time, is extra kind and patient as I try just about every product in the store, ask multiple questions and ask them for feedback about my profile and they’re genuine (not sales-y) I really appreciate it. AND I never felt like I was a nuisance. Thank you. I just wanted to highlight his exceptional service. I highly recommend this location! Ask for Gino for great customer care!

Great experience with an easy checkout process. Accomodated a private appointment, with safety protocols. I had an excellent experience at this intimate local store. Nydia and Mario were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. They were also taking serious COVID precautions, only letting a certain number of people in at once, disinfecting everything and putting covers on all mattresses and pillows - the store was extremely clean and safe. I just left the store and I am writing my review from the car because it was such a positive experience! First and foremost, they are taking all the necessary precautions to keep you safe inside the store (limiting capacity, sanitizing everything, placing disposable covers before you try.) Second of all, Josh and Nydia were the two employees in the store and they were so incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and patient with all of our questions. I have some physical issues, so I really needed to take my time to understand all the pros and cons of each of the mattress options. I really felt like they were very straightforward and honest with me and that they were looking out for my best interest. I will definitely be purchasing my mattress from them and you should too. Also, keep in mind, if you buy a Tempur-pedic mattress in store versus on-line, you don’t have to pay the extra $175 restocking fee if you want to exchange it. Wish I had known that last time!

Elaine (and Mario!) we’re both extremely helpful and friendly. Not only that but Elaine helped us pick out a new mattress and bed frame that we really love. I used to have very bad shoulder and neck pain, but after just two weeks of sleeping on the new bed, it’s almost completely gone. I also really appreciate Elaine going above and beyond for us. We had a small miscommunication with the delivery and Elaine offered to help resolve it for us which she certainly didn’t have to do. I think other sales associates at different stores would have just sent me to customer service, but I could tell Elaine genuinely wanted us to be happy with our whole experience. Buying furniture is always stressful for me so I really appreciated the level of service here and the quality of the products.

The store really pays attention to keeping things clean, putting covers over the mattresses and pillows before you lie down, and spraying everything when you get up. There's no sales pressure, either.
