Cannot recommend enough, genuinely. You can purchase a great mattresses (most of the models in the store were recommended to us by someone who researches them as a side job) at half of the price of those found in major retailer stores without the markups, so you leave feeling like you got a great price for a great bed. Setareh was incredible to work with! She is kind, knowledgeable and makes every effort to make the selection process easy. We had to bring our active toddler shopping with us, and she kindly entertained him while we tried a few models out which resulted in us finally finding a mattress after a month of intensive searching. Thanks again to the SleePare team!

Excellent experience. It’s really nice to be able to try online mattresses at a store. We went to the LA store and Tumi helped us. She was very experienced and knew exactly what we needed. We got an excellent deal on the Plank mattress with the cooling gel, which was exactly the firmness the doctor ordered. They also gave us two nice pillows compliments on the house. Very pleased with the experienced. Recommended to anyone looking for a great mattress at a great deal.

I scheduled an appointment online and was able to check out several of the online mattress brands. This is pretty essential since the firmness levels differs from brand to brand and the information you can get from reviews is not helpful to make a final choice. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Recommend you buy your mattress like this.

Had a few great experiences here. Setareh was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in helping me decide which mattress to get. As others have mentioned, not pushy at all and let's you do your thing and flip around on all the different mattresses (still can't get over the awkwardness of trying new mattresses in a store lol). Any deal you can get online applies to this store as well, and the biggest perk (other than trying all these online mattress brands in person) is being able to exchange for a different brand should the mattress not suit you. Will definitely be recommending this spot to anyone who needs a mattress!

Awesome store! Found this because they had a selection of mattresses not available elsewhere (specifically winkbeds). The staff was really knowledgeable, helpful, and recommended options that weren't the most expensive but ones that had the most value for my preferences (highly recommend asking for Tim)! Great prices compared to online too and great layout to try everything in person.

Great overall experience - their showroom was one of the few places in LA with natural mattress options, and the only one we could find that had Awara beds to try. We tried numerous mattresses in stores across LA but ultimately returned here to make our purchase. Tumi is great. Did not do an aggressive sell and offered us water and waited patiently while we tested out the different mattresses. She is very knowledgeable and did not read from a script which is what happened when we visited a another store. We narrowed the choices down to 3 and she helped us narrow it down to 2 and finally we settled on the Helix midnight luxe and made the purchase. Very good experience. Highly recommend.

I wanted to try a few options before purchasing and Sleepare was the perfect place! I was greeted immediately by an awesome sales rep Tumi, who spent a lot of time with me allowing me to try any and everything I wanted, as well as suggestions to what might work for me. No pressure at all, in fact, I came back a second time to ensure the bed I wanted and was quoted a great price. Customer service was top notch every visit and Tumi was welcoming and helped me get the bed and pillows I was looking for. After reading many reviews online I was looking for a place to try out the best rated mattresses and found this wonderful place. They had a wide selection of beds and were very knowledgeable and attentive giving helpful tips to select the right bed for you. I was interested in the MLily, Winkbed, Dreamcloud, and Helix but I ended up with Brooklyn Bed Plank. This place was great and I'm more than happy to recommend my friend and families here.

Tumi was the best!! I honestly came in here thinking I was only going to look at the Helix and Nectar and after trying both I had to ask what Tumi's suggestion was and I'm SUPER happy I listened. I went with the MLILY and I can't be happier. They were able to order me just the mattress which is a much better deal than buying their entire bed system and Tumi was just super helpful, honest, and straight to dishing out just in the info. I would recommend ANYONE to come see her IMMEDIATELY!!! DON'T EVEN THINK TWICE!!!

I rarely give reviews, and only do when I feel the experience (good or bad) needed to be shared. When my girlfriend recently moved in with me one of the concessions was getting a new mattress. I did my usual due diligence and made the conclusion that SleePare was the place to go. I couldn’t be more happy with that decision. The sales representative, Tumi, was extremely helpful and very informative. We walked in with a million questions and walked out with a brand new bed. Looking forward to years of blissful sleeping.

We've been on the hunt for the perfect mattress for a few months and are super excited to have found it. We met Tumi when we first visited the store a couple months ago, and we really appreciated her friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge about the mattresses and bedding material we inquired about. She showed us the Awara premier mattress when we explained that we were looking for an all-natural bed, and as soon as we lied down, we had an immediate "ahhhh" feeling that we couldn't stop thinking about. After months of trying out beds and making comparisons, we kept coming back to the Awara. When we were ready to place the order, we were delighted that Tumi was the associate on site to take our order! She has been wonderful and we especially appreciate her willingness to work with us as we arrived just before the store closed, and she even stayed extra, going above and beyond to help us out. This store is great! I was looking at a online bed company and was trying to find a local place that carried it to try out prior to purchasing. This place carried majority of the online bed brands. Setareh helped us out and she was knowledgable about all the different product lines and gave us her honest opinion. We booked an appointment online after finding out they had an “online” mattress we were interested in from Bear—we were politely greeted and treated with total care and patience the entire time as we learned about the different options and eventually settled on a different mattress than the one we had come in to try, but are going to be so much happier with! She even threw in a free mattress protector on top of giving us a lower price than the website’s president’s sale rate! While online mattresses all allow free returns, I definitely didn’t want to deal with any of that hassle and just wanted to get the right one the first time. Recently I been to the store to check how much quality of their mattresses.. I heard from several people only good things and literally it attracted me. Well, first of all Service was amazing, Sales assistant Tumi was super helpful, she is way too knowledgeable. I asked her several questions and she didn’t get annoyed which i like it. Good thing their mattresses are super healthy, make u cold during summer, make u warm during winter. And has 15 years warranty which is perfect. Me and my husband are planning to buy one, definitely not cheaper price. We will definitely come back next time for purchase.

I evaluate customer service the moment I step into a business or restaurant. Upon entering SleePare, I was met by Setareh, who excused herself from a customer she was already working with and came over to welcome me into SleePare and introduce herself. She said she was assisting another family and would be with me momentarily. She returned, in a few minutes, eager to help me find the Puffy Lux Hybrid mattress I was interested in buying. Setareh represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced in a long time. Her information was accurate, and her responses to my questions were expressed professionally and friendly. With no pressure whatsoever, I was left alone to feel and test the mattresses at my own pace and for as long as I required. Upon making my decision, Setareh once again answered several other questions and then proceeded to write up my order. I believe she had my interest at heart and found the best price and delivery date possible. While celebrating my daughter's birthday this evening, I expressed the excellent care, service, and price that Setareh provided me. The experience was worth broadcasting over dinner with my family. Hands down the best place to go mattress shopping. Most mattress stores had disingenuous sales staff recommending the same standard brands, and none of the online brands were available. Before visiting SleePare, I wasted so much time going from one store to another, being fed the same sales pitch for mattresses that didn't feel right for me. SleePare LA has a great concept for those of us interested in all options out there, including all the major online brands (like Brooklyn Bedding). You can try them all out in a super clean environment, and decide which one is best for you before committing to a large important purchase. The store staff respect the customer and are not pushy at all. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, genuinely eager to help you make the right choice. I was helped by Setareh. She gave me great advice and helped me find the mattress of my dreams. She made the whole experience so easy–I was able to try out all my options, make the purchase and head home a very happy customer all within a mere half hour. Easy parking, too. My wife and I just had the most incredible experience here. We popped in on a whim because we had been looking at online mattresses and we had driven by SleePare a number of times but had never gone in. It's got the best showroom I've ever seen in a mattress store. All the most popular online mattresses are spaced out perfectly with little side tables next to them (was much easier to test out the mattresses without my keys in my pocket lol). We tried a BUNCH of different mattresses. The sales rep wasn't pushy AT ALL. On top of it all, she was super knowledgeable about what kind of mattress would suit us best. We ended up buying a mattress that we loved, AND paid 200$ less than if we ordered the same thing online. Huge win. Thanks SleepPare!!!

Aside from getting to try out the mattress we'd only seen online, Dray actually helped us get an amazing deal we couldn't have gotten otherwise. We were also able to add on mattress/box spring removal for when they come to deliver our new mattress, which is something a lot of the online retailers don't typically offer. They are incredibly helpful, and don’t pressure you. Pillow protectors are provided for good hygiene and I finally got to try all the mattresses I had been reading about online. The faux bedroom design of the showroom was a nice touch too.

He was also very friendly and gave us a lot of information about all of the mattresses we tried. They had booties to cover our shoes when trying the mattresses as well. The store was very nice and felt very prepared.
