We had the best experience with Richard at Mattress Pros! Our bed just arrived and we couldn’t be happier. Richard, who is the store owner, gave us true one on one attention and helped educate us about the different mattresses on the market. He was extremely fair and reasonable with pricing, and fulfilled his promise to match other prices on the market. We didn’t realize how big of a difference a mattress could make. What we expected to be an overwhelming buying process was over and done with in one trip. We absolutely would recommend and will only be buying mattresses here in the future! I have always gone to big corporate (Macy's and Ashley) companies for my mattresses needs, but this time I chose to come here and ended up patting myself on the back. 👍 Right off the bat, when I came into the store, I was greeted by the owner (Richard) and he started giving his recommendations and explained in detail the differences between each mattress. It was such an effortless experience for us because we didn't know what we were looking for except for the fact that we wanted a medium firm mattress (and trust me, you would get lost in there if no one was helping you, they have a wide variety of mattresses throughout the store). He is a very sincere guy, I really enjoyed talking with him. You could tell he really listens to you instead of trying to be a typical salesman who would have fake conversations with you. Also, I am really grateful that he sent a temporary mattress to us for free just so we could have a bed until the new one comes. In terms of pricing, I came in with a budget and he was able to meet it even though the original price was far more expensive than what I got it for. Overall, I would really recommend Mattress Pros to anyone needing a mattress. You would be walking out the door satisfied. Thanks again Richard, I hope your business continues to prosper!

Long, overdue review but I never forgot. Never thought I'd be in the business of shopping for a fancy mattress but sleep is too important not to invest in it. But, this review is for Kade and his amazing customer service and hospitality. I honestly forgot I was shopping after being in Mattress Pros for almost an hour. Kade made sure I was comfortable, provided a drink, allowed me to mooch off their recliner chairs while he completed my paperwork, and never harassed or pushed me into a pricier mattress. I gave him my budget and he respected it. Because of this, I ended up increasing my budget anyway, because I felt I could trust him and his word/recommendation. THAT is customer service. I was desperate to find an honest mattress store so after reading Richard’s promise of trusted service, I emailed him - not actually expecting a reply, but much to my surprise, he replied personally with interest & kindness. Upon meeting him, his warm & friendly manner supported by a clearly genuine desire to help me find a comfortable mattress was such a relief. Throughout the whole process Richard was so nice to deal with, following up with me to see if I needed anything long after my mattress delivery. I quickly did a Google search and found Mattress Pros. It was rated five stars - for good reason - so I went. Right off the bat Tracy, the store manager, was warm, funny and accommodating, and turns out we both spent significant time living in Indiana! Small world! The store had a wide variety of soft pillow top mattresses and Tracy was extremely helpful in finding one that I both loved and in my price range. He even offered free delivery! Originally he said it couldn’t be delivered until the following week, but he reached out later that day and said I’d have it by the weekend - and I did! I arrived in LA on a Tuesday, went to Mattress Pros on a Thursday, and had my new mattress by Saturday. So far this is the best customer service experience I’ve had in my new city!
