Absolutely wonderful experience! The store was nice and clean (and huge! they have so much to choose from!) The atmosphere in the store was super friendly and the staff was phenomenal. Adam and Payton absolutely went above and beyond for me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were both so knowledgeable and guided me through the process via their iPad system which resulted in me finding the perfect mattress on the very first try! With such a large selection, I worried going in I would get overwhelmed but after answering a few simple questions Adam led me right to the mattress that fit my needs perfectly! I tested others just to make sure I wasn’t missing anything and very quickly realized I already had the one for me. I can’t say enough good things about this store. A+ 100% would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to purchase a mattress. These folks will take wonderful care of you! -a grateful and very happy customer

My husband and I were planning to go the the Mattress Firm on Cantrell but decided to stop in at the Clearance Center on West Markham since it was on the way for us. We are glad we did! Luke gave us all the time we needed to make a decision on a new mattress and base. A new bed, especially a King size is a big investment and Luke made sure that all our questions were answered. The last mattress I bought was from Mattress Firm. I was happy with the service and price and our experience at the West Markham facility was great! You can't beat Mattress Firm. Thanks again Luke!

It was one of the best shopping expierences that I have had in a long time. Peyton our salesperson was very knowledgeable, patient and was well informed on the product, we were buying. Made sure we tried all versions of the mattress to select the best fit for our body, sleep pattern and comfort. Was not pushy, but explained in detail the pros and cons of each Mattress to us to help in our deciding making process. Five stars! My wife and I went looking for a box spring for our mattress. We were immediately impressed when we walked in and saw they had a table by the door with face masks, hand sanitizer, and even gloves. The lady with whom we spoke was very nice, had a mask on correctly and kept a respectful distance. She asked us how we were doing and what we were looking for. I told her we what we were looking for and the mattress we had. She very quickly recommended a box spring that matched the mattress we had and wouldn’t void our warranty and asked the person she was working with if it was in stock. He told us we could go to their warehouse in NLR and pick up or they would be happy to set up delivery. As it was Labor Day weekend, he advised they were booked for most of the weekend. We elected to pick it up. We paid for it and he gave us the address. As I was paying for it, my wife noticed the foster care pamphlet and pointed it out to me, which I thought was fantastic. Across town we went to the warehouse. We picked it up with the help of the guys in the warehouse, who were very professional and even gave us some rope when my ratchet straps weren’t quite long enough. All in all an amazingly pleasant shopping experience and when we need a new mattress and/or box spring, we will definitely not shop anywhere else.

I went through 2 beds and I got tired of replacing the mattresses and messing up box springs so when I got my California King which was a very expensive bedroom set I had to step it up in the money when it came to getting a mattress and an adjustable base. My fiancee and myself decided to buy our new mattress from this mattress firm in late April and I can say that it was a great decision. We made three stops to the store before deciding on our mattress and Brandi was there each time answering any questions we had and accommodating our requests to try the the different mattresses. Since we were moving they held the mattress for 1.5 months at their store for free! Brandi also made sure to check their website and we got a $150 discount as the online price was cheaper than the in-store price. We had tried mattresses in 6 different stores and I can honestly say that these were the most honest, least likely to use high-pressure sales tactics, and most fair priced mattresses. I would highly recommend this store to my friends and family and for anyone who is reading this review as well!
