Great experience! Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I came in needing mattresses same day and was able to place an order and pick up all in the same day. One of the mattresses came deformed and Jim was very quick to replace it next day. No hassle at all! I highly recommend talking to Jim at Mattress Firm if you are looking for a new mattress. Excellent customer service!

Justin made this experience incredible! He listened very carefully to what we were looking for, questioned us regarding our sleeping patterns and positions, and identified several good options for us to try. He did not upsell us, but instead let us lead the decision-making and the selection. Yes, we did end up going with the most expensive option, but not because we were pushed or bamboozled. Rather because Justin gave us gentle guidance and allowed us to try different mattresses at all price points to determine what would work best for us. I feel confident that I will enjoy at least a decade of good sleep based on his recommendations and guidance and of my own experience trying the various mattresses.

The rep worked with me on exactly what I needed. Asked all the right questions to do just that. Needed a bed before Christmas, so right off the bat we looked at only what was in stock. Asked if it was for primary or guest bed and gave options on pricing to help me stay within budget. Even mentioned warehouse options (floor models and immediate returns) for possibly more discounts and helped me check that inventory. James Caldwell was the guy who helped me and there was no BS and VERY helpful.

YA'LL!!! I can't believe how great service was! Adam knew SO much! The guy is basically a walking sleep dictionary 🤣 He'd ask a question and I'd be like "uhhh..... What???
