I purchased a mattress from another mattress by appointment in 2020. My mattress began sinking in. I contacted the original person that I purchased from in 2020 to find out he were no longer in service. I reached out to the corp office and after a few weeks Chris contacted me. He helped me with filling my paperwork to replace my mattress. Once I was approved for a new replacement mattress. Chris did not hesitate to delivered my mattress to me. Thank you Chris for your service. I will definitely be buying from you again
