What great service and honesty! I bought a couch and mattress. The leg on the couch broke off right after delivery. They immediately offered a full refund. Very pleased with their integrity.

This business is great! Gave me a great deal on a few chairs and a bedroom set! The customer service is comfortable and didn't feel pushy at all. The delivery guys were fast and competent. They went above and beyond with the service provided. The only issue was that the delivery guys didn't call before they came but I had already cleared the spaces that were needed but if i didn't, that would've made for a long day...I give them a 99.8 outta 100!!

Stopped by this store by chance, on our way to another furniture store! Very glad we did because these folks had just the couch set for us. The owner is a quintessential salesman, but friendly - as are the rest of the staff. They were able to do next-day delivery, removal of our old couch, and the delivery guys were very quick and professional. Give this place a try!

Very happy with this outlet. Spoke to the manager at 9am, bought a twin bed and box for my 3 year old and it was delivered to my house by noon! Good quality bed and very friendly service! Will definitely be getting another bed from this store in a couple months for my 2 year old, thanks Z Furniture!

Go here first and avoid the hassle. This place is runned by the most generous family, if I could I would give them more stars. They have everything for the entire house. After feeling so tired, discouraged, and judged by all the sales associates I had come across because of my low budget, I saw the sign for the store. I came in expecting more humiliation so I just told the owner what I needed and my budget waiting for the insult, but to my surprise In less than 15 minutes he had made me a package that was so good I felt bad paying so little. After he made the package his daughter finished the transaction and she was just as nice and understanding, if not more. To top it all, they gifted me with a few extras that weren't even in the original list. I'm extremely grateful to the entire family at the store. The furniture looks great at my home. They are the best. I will tell everyone I know about this store, there are very few places like them now a days.Thank you sooo much.

Sam you are a genuine, great person! I recently moved from Denver and I needed furniture for all the rooms bedroom, living room, etc. I shopped the big box retailers, I searched some high end retailers; no one can match the level of service from Sam and his team. If you need absolutely anything for your home, office, dorm, whatever; this is the best place, hands down. If you don’t want to be just another purchase at some corporate furniture retailer then you need to go to Z Furniture Outlet. Sam’s team of people from the desk to the delivery make the difference between them and one of these big box retailers. Thank you all for your help! I’ll be in for some art soon!

Great service!! Bought a new queen bed at 10:30 a.m., and it was delivered in perfect condition at 3:00p.m. Mattress was sold at 60% off, free delivery, and free box spring. Great delivery experience... Mario was quick, polite, and very professional.
