Stopped by the Tempur-Pedic store this past weekend while we were visiting the Farmers Market. I usually don't leave reviews if I'm not making a purchase, but this was an exception. We had a phenomenal experience with a gentleman named Amir. He immediately greeted us and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive during the mattress testing process. We never felt pressured and were able to really get a good feel for their different products...and the store was clean and sanitized. I wish every furniture buying experience was like this...unfortunately it's not. We're not yet ready to buy but will definitely be back to visit this store and sales lead, if we decided on Tempur-Pedic.

I appreciated the assistance of the salesman Amir. He walked my girlfriend and I through every mattress and how each would improve our sleep. He didn’t rush us and was patient with our questions. I am thankful for him being generous with his time. I’d recommend him to any of my family and friends. In my view, he doesn’t simply sell you a mattress. Purchased two King XL mattresses from Shonna, and she was helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We received the mattresses within a week of purchasing. One of the frames made an excessive amount of noise when using the massage feature upon setup, but a new frame arrived within a week to replace it. Overall the mattresses are great, and the customer service was fantastic.

I came to this store looking for a pillow to help my sciatica pain , and honestly it was the nicest experience from the moment I walked in . Not only is the store beautiful & very clean, there is a very nice ambiance not to mention the salesman Amir, was extremely helpful. His knowledge of Temper Pedic really has me impressed with the brand and I’m very happy with my pillow. I will be back for a new mattress very soon, now I think I can’t live without one.

Shona greeted us and helped us even though we came an hour earlier than our appointment. She showed us the whole sleeping system during our first appointment. We came back another day and Shona helped us again and let us try the mattresses and pillows all over again. She made sure the bases, mattresses and pillows are what we wanted. The delivery/set up took a little over 2 weeks. Shona also ordered the pillows for us during the sales which was a great deal! We love our bed and we love the friendly services provided!

Shona was professional and friendly and so helpful. Mine was a complicated order. I started out wanting the split king because my husband was very ill and I felt that it would be excellent for him to be in his own bed at home. Shona made sure that we were delivered quickly. The delivery men were very nice and very efficient. They were clean and friendly and I really enjoyed having them in my home. They made sure everything worked perfectly. Unfortunately my husband passed away and I really didn’t want the split beds. When I told Shona that he had passed she asked me if I would like to have a full king instead of the split king. I said yes and it was taken care of. I had the same delivery men who were absolutely as delightful the second time around as they were the first time. I love my bed and I highly recommend Shona and Temperpedic.

I came in on behalf of a parent whose mobility is limited, and was transparent about target spend. We even discovered our cats (aka fur babies) are twins! And I'm beyond excited to have our beautiful new bed delivered. This is our fifth temper-pedic (we keep moving and getting new ones we love them so much) and I cannot recommend a better mattress. I have chronic back problems and these mattresses have helped me sleep and function at higher levels. We had seen Tempur-pedic advertisements, so decided to call the Summerlin store. This was going to be a long distance purchase; Shona answered the phone and what a Blessing. After answering a series of questions; she knew exactly which bed would be best for our needs! Fast forward 3 months ~ the bed arrived, it's absolutely perfect. We also purchased the sheets, pillows, mattress toppers for each of our sleep temperatures as well as a Beautiful frame to complete the bed. I just invested in my health by investing in a Tempur Pedic bed. Now most of you may know the sticker price can be shocking on these beds. It was for me. Then I started to talk to my friends and to my shocking surprise they fully supported the purchase I thought I was crazy for even considering. Then I did the math....the store was offering 5yrs free financing interest free!! I don't know about you, but thats my favorite way to purchase things. Now depending on the type of mattress and frame you buy, prices will vary. I got the top end bed and frame and roughly it will cost me around $87 a paycheck (every two weeks). I am blessed to be able to afford that and thought, I didn't realize how affordable these beds really are. Hearing the full total is super scary, but once you are over the initial shock and you break it down, super affordable. Now you all can Google Tempur Pedic to see what it offers and how its an investment in your health, but what you can't Google is thier sales people. Let me tell you about mine. Her name is Shona and she was beyond exceptional! Now we all know sales people are there to sell their product, but Shona, goes way above and beyond. She truly cares about her customers, their health, and is super knowledgeable about the products. She is not pushy, but super friendly and just wants to help you get what you want and make sure its the right fit. I really appreciated all her knowledge and help in getting my new bed and I love it! Make that investment in your health, you'll be glad you did, I am.

I spoke to my son who had just bought one recently and loves the mattress, so I decided to go try them out again. Shona at the Tempur-Pedic store in Downtown Summerlin by Dillard’s store gave me a very good presentation on all the mattresses & adjustable bases. She pushed the button on the remote control of the adjustable base on Zero Gravity which was amazing! The head & the legs elevate which takes pressure off the intervertebral discs which is important for good spine health especially after a long day plus decreases the tension in the hip flexor muscle and improves the circulation in the lower extremities as well. It felt so good on my back that I didn’t want to get up anytime soon.;) LoL Shona was very personable & knowledgeable plus patient with all my questions as I was trying to decide which would fit my needs the best. I read somewhere that we spend a 1/3 of our life sleeping so we might as well have a comfortable restful sleep so when we wake up we feel energized & ready to deal with whatever the day throws at us. Mattresses & adjustable bases can get pricey so I wanted to make sure to invest in what is worth the cost & would benefit my quality of sleep in the long run. I try to put my health first, eat healthy, exercise and I see so many other people try to do the same as well because in the long run it makes a big difference in how we all feel. The Tempur-Pedic mattresses & adjustable bases can add to that whole experience of healthy living by providing amazing comfort & support while you sleep. I’ve recommended Tempur-Pedic to all of my friends and now by writing this review I hope more people would check out Tempur-Pedic as well as they have many great choices to choose from, soft, firm, hybrid, cooling mattresses etc. Try them & see which mattress works best for you, I am sure you will be happy you did plus try Zero Gravity adjustable base as well which is such a game changer to take pressure off the back & help the entire body to relax. I just wish I knew about this before! ;)
