Overall our experience was okay for our first time trying mattresses. The sales person was very knowledgeable, but directed the conversation at my husband, even when I asked him a question. This was odd to me because I was the one purchasing the mattress. I even gave him my ID, my price range, and even paid for a couple items in the store as well. As we were leaving, he even shook my husbands hand and thanked him for stopping by, but not me. We loved the mattress, and ended up purchasing online instead. Wish the customer service had been better in-store.

Gabriel walks us through the three most popular beds. He was very knowledgeable and gave us the opportunity to discuss and was not pushy with his sales pitch. He gave us facts regarding the products and explained the features available. It was an enjoyable experience. Do note that due to chip shortages, your delivery date will be about six weeks out.

The day I stopped in to look at the Sleep number beds, I didn't have a lot of time. I mentioned this to the Robert, the sales rep, and he respectfully kept me only the allotted time I had. I returned later on the weekend, with my husband, and explained we had planned to spend more time with him in the store. My husband had great questions and Robert answered all of the to his satisfaction. Needless to say, we purchased our first Sleep Number bed which will be delivered the first week in February. I'll have to write another review after we have slept on in our own home.

We went to Las Vegas for a 4-day vacation and ended up shopping in Summerlin. We had been wanting to go to a Sleep Number store for over a year. As luck would have it as we were walking to our car we saw the this store. Our experience in the store was relaxed never forced. Our sales rep was nice, helpful, and fun! He went through a process of showing us how the beds worked while seamlessly figuring out each of our favorite softness/firmness numbers. We went from the lower end beds all the way to the high end beds. Each time laying us down and going over each beds features while integrating the previous beds settings that we liked. In the end he asked us questions about our experience. To our surprise he didn't recommend the highest end bed. He then walked us through the itemized pricing. Never pressured us to buy anything just kept informing us and answering our questions. Once we had decided to purchase the bed he showed us additional discounts he would give us as well as walked us through the delivery/setup and common things we needed to check before delivery. The entire experience took about 1.5 hours so if you're serious be prepared to spend a little time in the store. Fantastic experience!!!!

Phil was amazingly helpful—patiently and pleasantly answering all my questions. We’re upgrading from our older Sleep Number bed and I was unsure about the possibilities. We went with the i8 and are really excited. Phil is a consummate professional. He knows his product and had the information, experience and knowledge to help me make an informed decision.
