I'm sorry I can't remember the salesmanship name. He was great and very informative. With the tech and personal sales. After choosing what I wanted another customer came in whom already made his purchases days prior and just wanted to talk it seemed. The man interrupted our business saying he just wanted to stop by and say hi. He wouldn't stop talking. My salesman was nice to him and chatted a bit but didn't let it stop him from doing the transactions and calling to see about getting the pillows I wanted. I was fine with the man talking and was very happy that my salesman was excellent at multitasking. Everything was explained to me in detail along with the delivery information. He made things easy to make the right choice for myself. Good mattresses are very important for everyone. We all have different needs. He acknowledged that and listened very well. Good salesman also. Thank you for his work and support.

Zach took care of us when we walked into the store. Explained the differences in all the mattresses as we needed to make a calculated decision on which one to choose. He was very friendly as we tested and re-tested the feel of the mattresses, which was important to us. He even helped with finding the best deals that they offered.

Zach Ernst on the Silverado Ranch/Eastern location did an amazing job with helping me and my mom pick out the best mattress for me. He was super helpful in every way. The mattress delivery was even very quick (2 days) and we were given a 2 hour time frame from when the mattress would be dropped off. The people were very friendly and the mattress came even a little bit before the 2 hour time frame (usually with these kinds of things they’re most likely late with my experience). I even got a call from mattress firm letting us know that it had arrived and the people were outside. Again super friendly and helpful. A few days later they follow up with another call and text letting us know the mattress protector is on the way along with the shipping link (from fedex) and that it should be coming in a few days. Overall, this place and management have exceeded my expectations. They were extremely kind and very helpful. It was super fast and I would definitely recommend this place.

Today I brought my elderly mother down to purchase an adjustable bed base and mattress and Jack literally welcomed us at the door, opening the door for us so I could bring her in in her wheelchair. Jack was extremely kind and personable. He spent considerable time and effort to help us get the right adjustable base and mattress that was both what my mother liked and in our price range. We were even able to have it delivered this week. He really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Jack and this location.

Went to look for options for our guest room bed. Chris showed us selections from the “value” area being it will get minimal use. Price was comparable to big box membership store, but difference was you can lay on bed to try out before buying. Good service good products, quick delivery. Happy with purchase.

Best place to buy a mattress! Go see Jack. He is a lifesaver!!!!... I just moved here from another state with my two kids and we have to furnish our entire home. I spent all day going to furniture stores in hopes of purchasing everything I needed from one place. Unfortunately the experience at the other places turned out to be a total nightmare, some people just don’t care about your situation and simply want you to go broke or get out. Just when I was about to give up I called Mattress Firm and spoke with Jack. He was so pleasant on the phone that I decided to go check them out. He helped my family save over $1000 on our purchase and free delivery of my beds. I felt so blessed and thankful that he treated me like a person and took his time to really help me and my kids. When we walked into the mattress firm for the first time, it was a nice and calm environment. The sales person, Dave, was really sweet, took his time with us, explained different mattresses and different materials on them—which helped a lot. After explaining, we had a choice to make, he gave us the time we needed, worked with us to see our budget, and explained different ways for us to get it home. Well, it is delivery day, and the delivery people were super nice, and fast at getting it up one set of stairs and in my fiancé’s and I room. We just would like to say thank you Dave, this is the best purchase for Christmas we have made! We absolutely love the mattress. I had an excellent experience buying a new mattress for my father who has a serious back condition. Jack and David were very kind and patient with my father and I while my father tried out many mattresses. They did not try to oversell us or push us towards any particular mattress. They asked my father many questions about his sleeping and encouraged him to try the mattresses in his sleep position. This is the 4th mattress I’ve purchased from Mattress Firm and will never buy one from any where else. If you are looking for a mattress I highly recommend you visit Jack and David on Serene between Eastern and Spencer. They will treat you right.

Very very knowledgeable & professional (also funny) she helped us when we went into the first location off S. eastern the day before, but she was the only sales associate there & was busy, so she informed us she would be at the serene location the next day & we loved her so much we had to go back with her. Buying mattresses for an out of state property was a pleasure. Jack, our salesperson, was attentive, caring, and knows his merchandise. He and I discussed our family's needs, came up with solutions, prices, and time frames. Jack then checked the inventory in the city out of state, delivery scheduling, and he worked up the cost, and included some perks. After all this was decided, I made a trip to the store, tried out the mattress he recommended - which was a HYBRID SEALY and exactly what I expected comfort wise. Since the invoice had been prepared, the time in store required was about 10 minutes. This was an ideal shopping experience at a fair price during covid times. Mattress Firm on Eastern & Serene is a great place to shop - great merchandise selection and Jack is a terrific salesperson.

Laurie was patient and VERY knowledgeable of the products available. Never felt pressured and ending up selecting the set best for my needs. Can't say enough good things about Laurie. Actually learned things! I highly recommend this store! 6/12/21. Delivery glitch caused a missed appointment. Laurie and Jack contacted the local warehouse and the warehouse manager arranged for a returning crew to deliver my order. Gus and Harold were AMAZING!! Delivered and assembled in no time. I have an inflammatory condition that requires me to sleep on a very specific type of mattress and I will only buy from Mattress Firm so I headed into a different location at first other than Serene and even though the sales person was helpful the new mattress I received caused a flare in my condition within 2 nights sleeping. I remembered about a mattress I bought years ago that was perfect so I pulled out the paperwork and went looking for Shawn who helped me at that time. I found Shawn working at Serene and when I walked in I also found Richard and between the two of them I struck GOLD!!!!!!! They discussed with each other the best option for me and they really listened to my needs and came up with the BEST MATTRESS! Not only did I receive EXCELLENT customer service they even worked hard the next day to up my delivery so I would not have to sleep without comfort another night....such awesome service! The first night sleeping was wonderful a perfect 10!!! I was really struggling and to receive such commitment and concern was truly profound! So if you are in need of a mattress and want the best service possible go to the Serene location and work with Shawn. Richard is truly great as well however he travels around to different locations so call ahead if you are not in the Henderson area! This was our first real, new bed as an adult. My fiance and I have been together for 6 years and have always slept on an old, used, queen bed. We are getting married April 13, 2016 and decided that it's time for us to buy a new bed for our new life as a married couple. We had been to one MattressFirm before to get prices and also research what kind of bed we would like to get but the price was still pretty high being that we have a wedding to save for as well. We then found a Clearance MattressFirm that was in our price range. We went with a pillow top mattress because I have really bad back problems from standing up at work all day. To say the least, my fiance and I have never been happier with a bed. We come home from work and immediately get in bed to relax and watch a movie with our dogs. The gentleman who helped us recommended we get a king instead of a cali king because we have dogs who sleep in the bed with us and his recommendation was absolutely perfect. We didn't know the difference between king and cali king and just assumed cali king would have been bigger than a king. We are extremely happy with the service and patience from MattressFirm. We constantly went back and forth between 4 different beds and were there for a good hour and the gentleman (whom I don't remember his name) was extremely patient and knowledgeable and didn't give up on us in helping us make our final decision.
