Kevin Rucker is the best!! Great with mattress newbies and budget ppl like us. Straight forward, no bs type person, not pushy and doesn't sell you. He doesn't need the commission as he's already a retired veteran, but enjoys trying to get ppl the best deal. Wish we came into a mattress firm earlier. Could have saved a whole lot of headache and more. Forget Costco, anymore online researching and such. Just look for Kevin. He beat the price of a mattress we were interested from Costco. He has experience with Airbnb and rental owners. We wanted something durable and went with similar picks these rental owners use too. We learned everything from warranty, how to uphold warranty, to best deal options for what we want.

I Finally purchased a new Cal King Mattress & waterproof mattress cover at the Store on S. Rainbow & Badura in Las Vegas. The Salesman, Dave was very professional & multi tasked helping multiple customers including me even though he was the only salesperson in the store. He wasn’t pushy or hovering like some salespeople. He answered my questions in detail and helped me find financing for my purchase. I can’t wait until it’s delivered. I had the best experience with mattress firm on Rainbow and Warm Springs! I had visited the store twice, once to try out mattresses and then to buy my mattress, both times dealing with two different sales associates and both associates went above and beyond! The initial sales associate was the only one in there and helping another customer when I went in. She was going back and forth between us in a way that made it feel she cared about both of us equally. The other person in there was a for sure sale and I was just browsing, seeing what I liked. Most sales jobs would not walk away from a guarantee sale to help someone just browsing, but she did! The second time I visited to buy my mattress, was just as great of an experience! The sales associate was extremely nice made sure I understood all of the details of the promotion and of the sale and even honored an online deal I had seen. I would highly recommend buying from mattress firm, I only wish I was able to remember the names of the two sales associates to help me.

Tony shattered my preconceived fears of shopping for a new bed in a brick and mortar store. I was set on bed in a box But…Tony was so knowledgeable and patient with me that I immediately felt like I was doing the right thing and making a smart decision for my health by dealing one on one with a knowledgeable sleep expert instead of a random website. Tony has compassion and understands everyone’s unique sleeping needs. I have terrible autoimmune arthritis as well as indecisiveness and while most salesmen want to rush to make a sale, Tony was very patient with me it was like he was taking care of his blood brother. Any question I had was answered and no sales gimmicks…just the honest truth. I never thought in a million years I’d buy my dream bed tempurpedic as they are very expensive but Tony helped put my concerns and anxiety to rest. I ordered a new mattress from mattress firm online and the bed didn’t workout for me, so I had a free exchange for a different mattress. The second one did not work out either. (I was not able to test any of the beds before buying- due to covid) I finally decided to come into the rainbow location now that they were open again and letting people test beds. Letha helped me find a perfect mattress along with an adjustable base and mattress protector. She is the most sweetest and patient worker I have ever came across. The customer service I received online was good but there’s nothing like having someone so caring, help you in person to fulfill your sleeping needs. I can’t thank her enough for all her help. I walked into the store for the 4th of July sale to look around for a mattress I was in need of. I have serious back problems and just about to go for surgery. My Serta Perfect Sleeper firm was no longer giving me restful nights sleep, as it was more than several years old. In search for my new perfect sleeper, I was greeted by Charles Howard. Charles asked what my needs were and explained the bed I was looking for would probably not fit my needs, as mattresses have changed for the better since my last purchased. He explained the adjustable base and the foam mattress with cool system that would definitely benefit me. So, I lay flat on the mattress he suggested and I could not believe I was totally comfortable. The support was great and the fact that it would elevate my head to help with my snoring and also lift under my knee area was wonderful. This would be the bed that would be of great service to me after my upcoming surgery. The price was right, the service was great and I so look forward to my new adjustable base bed to be delivered this week. Thank you, Charles for the time you took to explain, in great detail, my new bed and the fabulous benefits it would have for me.

We purchased a mattress here at the end of September and was very unhappy with it (no ones fault but our own). Since Mattress Firm has the 120 sleep trial we decided to pick out a new one so we could return the mattress we were unhappy with. We went in today and Letha was the one that helped us pick a mattress. She was so patient with us and really took the time to make sure we made the right choice within our budget. To say we took our time is an understatement, and not to mention we had our 3 year old daughter with us too! My family has previously had good experiences shopping at Mattress Firm so it was the first place I went to. Francis Rubin the store manager was really helpful. I had asked if she could look up the bed my family had previously bought and when they didnt have it she showed me three similar models. While all three models were great one really stood out and Im excited to get my new mattress delivered (for free). The store had good sanitation measures. I felt safe and protected shopping there. The expereince was simple and easy. What stood out most is that Frances was extremly helpful in finding me what I was looking for without overly upselling and pushing me to purchase. I bought my mattress because it hit all my points and I was comfortable shopping in there. We had a few questions regarding different mattress types and technology, I felt like she was knowlegeable and honest with her information. As I mentioned my family has previously shopped there and while I hopefuuly wont need a new mattress soon I know one of us will return for our next purchase.
