We were welcomed by Rico (not sure of spelling) !!!! He was a great host and I asked A LOT of questions and he had answers for each and every one of them !!! I ended up purchasing a beautiful bed and adjustable frame. I am very happy with my purchase and he even gave me sleeping advice that I didn't even know about !!! Quick fast and helpful. In and out I knew what I wanted or at least I thought I did and the lady was super helpful and had me try out a couple beds ended up getting a mattress and base that raises . In and out less than 30 mins . She didn't rush trying push the sale or anything like that .

Went with my husband today to look for a replacement mattress as ours is about 12 years old. We were greeted by Rigo who actually stopped and listened to my physical concerns for my husband and I as well as our budget. While he put us on a very nice and comfortable mattress initially - it was above our current price range. He led us to the bed we liked on 3rd attempt and then asked us to just try a couple of others to see if there was a chance we’d like something different. We didn’t feel he was pressuring us to spend more. It felt more like he really wanted us to be sure of our decision. Through the entire process we chatted, laughed and cracked jokes. It was like hanging with friends and Natasha and Jovan cheerfully joined our chats here and there. Overall - one of the most pleasurable buying experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you Rigo, Natasha and Jovan. I definitely highly recommend shopping here for the service and selection.

I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes. and the gentleman that was there was very nice. he showed me what I needed I bought it and it's supposed to be delivered on Sunday. Very nice and clean place. Well I went to Mattress Firm again today the 12th of November and again everybody is so nice there if I by any mattresses anywhere that's where I go and I bought five in the past year and a half from Mattress Firm the people that work there are great. And the guys that deliver to your home they're wonderful too very helpful. I want shop anywhere else for mattresses.

The salesman Allan was amazing and very thorough. He has a wonderful and fun personality. I felt like i was chatting with an old friend. The process was quick and positive. I really wanted to be in and out as quickly as possible. My only disappointment is that I couldn't get it delivered the same day or the next day. I had to wait 2 days, but all good things come at the right time. The building was clean and comfortable. They had a nice sale and nice financing options. I wish the prices were not so high, but they say you get what u pay for. I cannot wait to get in my new bed.

I first called this store to see if they had a variety of twin xl mattresses for myself. I spoke with Isaac. He asked me a few questions and I also told him what problems i was experiencing with my current bed. He listened and provided advice. I finally went in yesterday and he showed me which mattresses were better for me for the problems i was having. It was hard to choose because there was a couple i was interested in. I finally chose one and will be getting mine delivered at the end of this week due to my work schedule along with removing my old mattress. I also got the 5 year warranty and the sheet protector. The sheet protector i got from Amazon, that had good reviews, did not work and voided my warranty on my current bed i got from a different company so i hope it works. He even showed me how to care for the protector to make it last. I'm pretty impressed and happy with my decision on coming to this new company. Thank you Isaac.

The employees I have dealt with at this location have been really nice. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because of the delivery. We bought the mattress on April 27th (or 28th) and was told it was out of stock and couldn't be delivered until May 18th. Understandable and fine. On May 17th I received a call saying the base was still out of stock. I said that is fine because it was free and we aren't planning on using it. I asked if the mattress would still be delivered the next day and was told "yes, everything else is in stock". Waited all day and no call. I called the store and now they are saying it won't be delivered until May 29th. Why wait till the day of delivery to tell us? They didn't know on Monday it wouldn't arrive on time? Not very happy at all.

We went into the Mattress Firm on North Nellis and Charleston Blvd. today to buy a mattress. Isaac was our store associate that helped us with our purchase. We explained what we were looking for, he listened to our needs and wants. Then he showed us 3 beds that he thought would best fit what we were looking for in firmness. Then showed us the difference between springs, hybrid and foam. It didn't take us long to decide ( maybe about a half an hour ). Then it was time to write up the contract. We were there about an hour. I'm very satisfied with the results and efficiency of the sale and choices to choose from. Thank you Isaac for listening and making our choices easier. We will recommend you and your store to everyone we know.

Had a warranty claim for a mattress that we purchased from Mattress Firm, they were very helpful and there were no problems at all with redeeming the warranty. The mattress that we had purchased was no longer available through Mattress Firm, and the salesman was very helpful in helping us to find another mattress that was only $100 more than what we had originally paid for our mattress two years earlier. The mattress inspection cost was fully applied towards the delivery of our new mattress, where they came and picked up the defective mattress and set up our new mattress. We will certainly recommend Mattress Firm to our friends and family, and continue to shop there ourselves.

Everything about our expierence in purchasing a new mattress from the moment that we entered the store was on par. Isaac was extremely helpful during the process and didn't try to sell us the top dollar mattress. We were able to look at our options and pick what was right for us, which doesn't happen at all stores. We won't have our bed for a couple of weeks, due to everything going on with the pandemic and how it affects shipping and supplies needed for specific things but that is of no fault of the store. However, we could have been happier with the communication from the guys here when we were waiting for our bed to arrive. Ask for Bobby. 06/22/19 There were issues in getting our mattress and baseboards to us that would've forced us to wait for two months. The baseboards were so popular the company went out of stock. Bobby upgraded our baseboards free of charge so we wouldn't have to wait so long. We couldn't ask for better service! 06/23/19 First night of sleep on the new mattress Bobby recommended and already I have greatly reduced back, shoulder, and hip pain. Great mattress.

We hurried over there as soon as we could after work. We got there about 30 mins before it closed. Allan was there and helped us not only pick a great mattress but also a base. We ended up staying about 30 mins after closing and never felt pressured. Super nice guy and great service!
