My husband and I had a great experience with Sleep Expert Owen in 2018. He helped us choose a great mattress, got us as many discounts as possible, and was very pleasant throughout the whole process. We returned in May 2022 hoping to make another purchase with Owen, but we were saddened to hear that he passed away. He was a really nice guy. This time around, my husband and I were assisted by Brandon, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. We pretty much knew what we wanted and after a few clarifying questions we made our selection and checked out. Our delivery service and setup was excellent and very fast; however, we noticed that the base was not the one we tested out in the store. My husband and I returned to the store and met with Sleep Expert Chris Plant who confirmed the base we wanted and helped us exchange the base that was previously delivered. We really appreciate Chris's efforts to ensure that we were satisfied customers. The bed is for my disabled mother who will be moving in with my husband and I next month. We know she is going to enjoy the mattress and the base with its multiple massage features. We are very happy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mattress Firm to anyone looking for quality service and sleep products.

I am a return customer. One thing I love about Mattress Firm is that they know their product! Sean has a good memory. Although I wasn’t his customer last time he remembered me. I had a price limit when I came I but knew I had room to increase. Sean never pressured me but showed me different models and explained the differences. He helped me with financing and I was able to get a mattress I know I will be happy with.

Our sales guy- Shawn- was awesome! Wish every sales person worked like he did…we were very specific on what we wanted…he didn’t try to pressure us into purchasing a more expensive mattress… he specifically explained the mattress warranty (even the details that can void your warranty)…no fluff or bs.. Just very straightforward and honest

I went to Mattress Firm to find a mattress, it was my third store, and Allen, by far, was the best representative I met. He went through various questions to determine the best sleep need for me. He was very easy to work with and addressed all my concerns. Definitely ask for him if you want to get great help and guidance in selecting a mattress.
