My husband and I have been talking about shopping for a new mattress for over a year now but its always been such a hassle because the sales people can be overbearing and intimidating. It’s almost like buying a car.. it can be very overwhelming. Today, we finally decided that it was time to atleast go try some mattresses out after reading about different options online. Truth be told even with my research I had no idea what I was doing. As we arrived we were greeted almost immediately, there was two people working (Sim and Kim) and they both spent time with us as we sampled all our options. We narrowed it down to two options as Sim closed out with previous customers and with his knowledge base and friendly demeanor he really helped us make a final decision. We spent a bit more than initially planned but there’s something that Sim said that really stuck with me… and I can’t remember the exact words but it was something along the lines of “you’ll use this bad boy everyday” and he’s right, we spend so much time in our beds that why would you rob yourself of comfort? 10/10 recommend this store to all my hesitant people! Customer service was great Selections was great They’re willing to work with you and spend a little extra time to help you save as much as possible. Flexible financing options (with the right credit score) Didn’t think I was gonna walk out having purchased a mattress and boy was I wrong!! THANKS SIM & KIM!!!!

Walked in expecting to spend less than 2k. Walked out with a $4,500 mattress. Oh did I mention I was with my wife. Yeah that was part of the problem but the sales man was very helpful, knowledgeable and knew just what to say to my wife....I will say I like our new mattress. The very nice salesman picked out the nicest, newest Sterns and Foster! Overall we had a good experience at Mattress Firm but for all the money we spent on just a mattress I asked for a set of sheets to be thrown in and the guy said he couldn't. In fact they didn't throw in anything.

Mr Sim assisted us with our tempur-pedic purchase in June 2022. He showed interest in our business, was detailed in giving us a demonstration of different tempurpedic models. We went to multiple mattress stores today. All of the other stores put pressure on us to buy, with a focus on throwing in extra accessories at discounts. Our last stop was the mattress firm on Decatur. Our salesman was Abel. He was excellent! He gave us space but was always available to answer questions. He was well informed about the features of everything in the store. He also gave the impression that he was more interested in our satisfaction, than the sale, which in turn made me feel confident in the purchase. He also remained patient as we tested the mattresses. 10/10 great job Abel!

We went in for a new bed set for our bedroom. Immediately greeted by Sim who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us multiple mattresses and frames and gave us all the information about everything. He informed us that a certain mattress/frame combo would be the best bang for our buck with our needs in mind. He then helped us out with multiple discounts that brought our grand total down pretty significantly. All said and done we were in and out in less than an hour and are extremely excited for the new bed! Sim was a great salesman and helped us out tremendously!

Sim hall was great to work with. We bought 2 beds from him. One for us and one for my daughter. Worked very hard how to get the bed to Wyoming to no avail. They picked up in Denver co. Overall a great experience. However when it was delivered they set up in 10 minutes and were gone. Did not ask what height we wanted the bed. Too high for us seniors. Finally coming out this Saturday to adjust the height.

I called about purchasing a particular mattress that I needed today, but it was not in stock. The salesperson, Abel (?) found a different brand at a nearby store. He then called me back and said they actually had that same mattress in stock at their store so we were able to go pick it up and were there within ten minutes. So I went in to just look for a new mattress and get ideas on what kind of a mattress I need. I have terrible hip and back pain. Sim was my salesman and what a great guy. He explained what I needed and the first bed he put me on cradled me like a baby ; immediately alleviating my pain. When I came in, I was welcomed by both sales people, then Kim Moore came over and the possible sale began. I was interested in a Beautyrest but, not for a Thousand dollars, so I was asked what firmness I was looking for? I was shown and tried a floor model, then Kim looked up a picture of the sister model for a much lower price but had very similar features. I liked the price etc. and placed my order. Returns beware - get everything in writing! **Update: Added 2 stars because April from corporate bent over backwards to make things right as much as possible! Thank you!** So I am not the type of guy to complain. I'm 13 years into my active duty military career, I've seen and put up with more than my share of frustrations and I typically don't bat an eye. But what really irks me is lying. Kevin was a perfectly fine salesman and was very good at getting us "deals" in the up-selling of products. I know that's all apart of the game. It was a lot of money (~$6k), so we were nervous. As the regional manager (or similar title), he said he was able to do things other people couldn't. One of those things was the returning of not only our mattress, but the adjustable frame and headboard. Yes, I know the paperwork said no returns. I asked for "our special deal" in writing. Kevin said no, but he'd remember us and would accept the return within the 120 days. This was very important to us since we were just reassigned from Japan to Las Vegas and we would be without our furniture for another month. We took him at his word. After we got our furnitire from the move we believed our own bed was more comfortable (we did a comparison). Yesterday we went to return our bed, frame, and headboard, right about the 60 day mark. No dice, only the mattress. He showed me the paperwork that said no returns on frames. I reminded him of the discussion we had and his response was "yes, you could have returned the frame, but only after a couple days. You are way passed that." Obviously we weren't told that bit of info and he had no interest in any returns beyond the mattress. So now we are at an impasse and I have no control other than to go and warn others about what happened to me. If we were happy with the bed, I'd have no issue with the experience. But we weren't and games were played to ensure commission on the sellers part.
