Ryan was very helpful in the experience of buying my new bed. He carefully explained the pros and cons of my choices, on each of the mattresses. He was courteous and just a great guy to talk with. He handle the financial part of the transaction with ease and explained the diffrent points on that too. My brother was with me and they enjoyed talking to each other also. Gary was so incredible! We went to a store before this and the store clerk barely said hi to us. Gary explained their system and got a good idea of what we wanted and explained our options clearly. I’m so glad I stopped at this location on my way home from work instead of a place closer my house because Gary was the best!! He got me an awesome deal on a mattress, frame, accessories and all of that. He’s personable and very receptive and knowledgeable in what you’re specifically looking for as far as comfort goes. We went to Mattress Firm to get a bed for our guest bedroom and ended with a new bed our bedroom as well. The sale going on right now is pretty good and the sales staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I’m sure the salesman would have benefitted from a full price sale. But didn’t hesitate letting us know about deals in the clearance center, where we happened to find exactly what we were looking for. This is our first time doing business with mattress firm. I can see us being returning customers.

RYAN was great helping me with a damaged mattress that I purchased online. Apparently if you purchase online you need to return online and they make you go through a warranty return not an exchange. Also, you could not talk to a person, it was all through chat with what sounded like canned responsels. It was going to take days to over a week to resolve.this issue and that wouldn't work. Ryan as I mentioned at Centennial Mattress Firm was great and I will be receiving the replacement tomorrow. My recommendation is go to the store to purchase do not purchase online. Thank you Ryan and our guests thank you.😊

I needed two new mattresses - one to replace my old Tempur-pedic and another to replace an older twin. Ryan was awesome - very knowledgeable - and we were able to narrow down our choices quickly. We got great deals, and while it's never fun to replace a fairly expensive mattress, at least I felt like we did get the best deal possible...and better mattresses in the process. Great selection, great service - would recommend.

We had gone online to see the 4th of July Mattress sale and then went to the store and was helped by Ryan. He was very honest and upfront with us and did not attempt to "steer" us to higher priced items. He told us the pros and cons of the mattresses that we looked at. In the end, we tried a mattress that we hadn't looked at online and decided on that one. Love this store as it is not a high pressure store and the prices are good. The service is excellent.

I went in the last day of the 4th of July Sale and Gary was the only one working that day and he was so helpful! It’s really hard for me to pick out a good mattress but I told him how I liked to sleep, and even gave him a price range I wanted to stay in and he found 3-4 mattresses for me to test out! If you are looking for a mattress, just don’t go anywhere else. Come here first because you won’t leave disappointed. We walked in and were greater by Chuck. We walked out with a wonderful mattress. My wife was having back issues with our current mattress. Chuck took the time to have her lay on different mattresses and explained the pros and cons of each one. He was knowledgeable about pressure points and definitely was on top of his game. Hands down, easiest transaction. Don’t waste your time elsewhere.

A very easy, laid back atmosphere when you walk in. I was warmly greeted by Ryan and he helped me find what their Mattress Matcher program suggested for me. I was between 3 options, a pillow top, which I’ve had before and wasn’t really interested in again, and then two hybrid mattresses. Ryan was able to knowledgeably inform me the differences between the two and I settled on a Tempurpedic ProAdapt hybrid. Then the hard part was deciding on the base…I took a lot of time here, but Ryan was patient and explained the pros and cons of each and I settled on the one I wanted. Thanks Ryan!! They even had both in stock and delivery just happened today, just TWO days after purchase. I waited to post this just in case things went differently during delivery, but the delivery service was top-notch as well. They were even early by 20 minutes! Which for me, is a pleasant surprise! They were quick, courteous, clean and done in less than 30 minutes. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience! Great job Mattress Firm! 👍🏻

My wife and I had not bought a mattress in 7 years, and the choice of mattress stores in Las Vegas is overwhelming. Between the one-size-fits-all approach of the online mail-order mattresses, the many furniture liquidation outlets, and the bigger brands, it is tough to know where to begin. We could not be happier that we decided to walk into this Mattress Firm and meet Gary. Gary was by far the most knowledgable, patient, and informative mattress salesperson I have ever met. He took the time to explain the difference between all the options, the material technologies, how one mattress is better for one person versus another. He took us through the store and had us try every mattress on our back and side, and explained the nuances between each one. Gary is a true expert, and you can tell he just really wants what is best for the customer. If you need a new mattress, or a clearance brand-name mattress for a great price, you should make this your first and only stop.

Sale guy was very nice. The delivery guys were something else. I paid to have the old mattress taking and the new mattress set up. The guys were rude and talk under there breathe the entire time. Refused to take out old mattress. No paperwork given at time of delivery. Nothing signed. Why offer something that your not willing to do.

Buying a mattress can be stressful; you need make sure you get the right size, right firmness/softness, right price, how do you get it to your home, new sheets, etc. It all adds up and can be overwhelming causing the buyer to put off this decision. Well my wife and I have been married for 4 years and finally decided to upgrade from a full to a King, especially now that she is pregnant with our 2nd baby. (I know, we should have done this upgrade before). The store manager Chuck hooked us up, got us a great deal on a new mattress and base, included a discount on a twin for our 20 month old boy and included free delivery and free set-up for our new mattress. The mattress is easily the best mattress I have slept on in my 30 years on this planet, even within the first few nights I was adjusted to the bed and sleeping very comfortably my wife as well. She has utilized the adjustable feature and elevated her feet. I know investing into a new mattress can seem daunting and stressful, but trust me, its worth it and it truly is an investment. If you go to this specific Mattress Firm location and have the great pleasure of working with Chuck and his team you will not regret that investment.

I have bought my last three mattresses from Mattress Firm, 2 of them from the Super Center at 6515 N. Buffalo Drive. Today’s experience with our salesman, Chuck, was excellent. It was my son’s first time buying a mattress, so Chuck explained the different types and styles, let him try all of them, with no pressure to pick any certain one. They have every price range of mattress there. So no matter what your budget, they can help you. My son even qualifed for the 0% financing and was able to get the mattress he really wanted. One that should last him 15+ years.

The moment I walked in to mattress firm, I was greeted by a very warm welcome from Gary! Gary immediately made me feel comfortable and begin to assess my needs. I have some physical ailments so it was very important for me to find some thing that could hopefully help. He gathered as much information as possible in order to show me what might work best for me and my conditions. I never felt rushed at all. I was already frazzled from things going on in the day and it made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He was very conscious of my budget and made sure he gave me realistic options. Because of the virus the stores are closed, so I went to the web site and did some shopping and picked my mattress and box spring combo. Its getting delivered tomorrow which is Sunday. The process was easy, when I sleep on my new mattress I will come back and write another review. So far Mattress Firmgets a 5 stars from me.

Platinum delivery...not so platinum. They don't take away your bed frame? They will sell you a bed frame but dont take yours away as part of their platinum delivery service. Seems counter intuitive and should be clearly stated. If you're going to call it platinum there should be a bit more than delivery and set up. They should tell you how the base works, maybe press some presets on the remote and tell you how to set the memory. There are no instructions or at least they didn't give them to me. The rest of the experience was alright. The delivery guys were nice enough and sales people were...well, sales peopley. They were nice. I'm glad I only have to go through this once a decade!
