Scott on Blue Diamond at Mattress Firm was very tentative to my needs. I only weigh 90 pounds and I needed something very soft to accommodate my weight. He had me lay down on the mattress and I aligned my body on my side (as that’s the way I sleep) correctly on the mattress therefore we the posture was correct. This is important for a good nights rest. I had informed him that I had a lot of back pain.

I ordered a mattress online and it took too long to even be located (over 4 weeks!!) I was bummed because I was really excited about the mattress, however, I went into mattress firm and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of mattresses they had. The service was amazing. I felt very comfortable and I asked a million questions which were answered with great knowledge. I’m really happy with my purchase and it gets delivered next day! Hooray! I'm so glad she suggested the adjustable base, it's amazing what that small difference makes in your sleep. Getting used to the firmer tempur pedic has been a bit of an adjustment, but, I'm on day 3 and I've noticed I'm starting to have longer periods of uninterrupted sleep and I'm hoping the chronic back pain improves in time as well. Leitha definitely gets 4 stars for assistance, and follow up.
