Great sales team. I came in to look because I saw some sales going on online and walked out with a new mattress, fancy adjustable frame thing, 2 amazing pillows and a mattress cover, they set it up and haul away my old one. 🤣🤣 Manager was very knowledgeable and sales guy Brandon was a great help. Even included my 6 year old and asked his opinion of every one he laid on. It was a good way to end a Friday. Can't wait for my bed to be delivered.

I have never felt so welcome in the store. As I did when I walked into Mattress Firm. I told Anthony exactly what type of mattress and he had me test all the different types of mattresses in the firm category. He talked a little more about each one and had me test them again to make sure that I picked the right one. I felt very lucky to get in on the last days of a very good sale. I got a king size for the price of a queen. It must have been my lucky day, Anthony helped me get the right one and with a next day delivery.

Workers are quite nice, the delivery is where I had a problem with. They ended up delivering a completely different mattress than what I had ordered, which was already frustrating in itself considering the cost of the mattress that I did purchase. Moreover, it felt like pulling teeth on trying to follow up on a pillow I purchased as well. I was originally advised I'd get it delivered within the next week, I called then and someone said they'll get back to me with a status the next day. I never got a follow up. This happened twice. Without any update, three weeks later it showed up. While satisfied with the actual product, I'd expect better support for a $3.5k purchase.

Arsh (Anthony) is a rockstar!!! He's probably one of the easiest person I've ever worked with for anything. The moment I walked in with my girlfriend, he stopped everything he was doing and gave his full attention to helping us. I told him that we were in the market to purchase a new mattress. He asked us what our budget was and I didn't let him know rather I wanted to see what was available. Using our old mattress as a reference an older Beauty-rest hybrid he recommended some in store for us to try. He went through the whole process of what makes a quality mattress and the type of systems that are built into them and how it determines their price ranges. When we finally set on a particular model he told us that he could check out his system and find us a great deal, and he did! He was able to find us an outlet/clearance mattress right from his desk and saved us the drive to the clearance store. Overall I was really happy with his professionalism, knowledge, and friendly service. Arsh was really respectful in our budget and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! He's amazing. It's people like him that make this experience awesome!

I never write reviews, but this was an unexpectedly great experience and the man that helped us deserves some attention. Charles Howard was the gentleman that assisted us with choosing beds for our daughters. He was intelligent, extremely helpful, and not pushy or made it seem like he was trying to sell us on something we didn’t want. I had an over all pleasant experience today at Matress Firm. Francis helped me over the phone as well as in the store once I came in to test out the matress. She recommended a different, better quality mattress once she saw that I wasn't all that thrilled with the quality of the first one I originally called in about. I ended up getting a different one that was way better and it was also on sale for 50 percent off so it was a steal. It is so comfortable even though it is brand new. I can't wait to break it in. Let me tell you an amazing story about the manager Chuck. I bought a mattress on line because I thought the store were still closed. When we were out and about we saw they were open. Chuck let us in showed us the mattress we bought online. We weren’t thrilled with the purchase when we tested it. Chuck asked all the right questions to us. He didn’t try and up sell us either! He actually asked us if we opposed clearance. The best question ever! By saying yes to this question we were able to purchase a Beauty Rest Black Katrice for 1700 vs. 3000! Just buy your mattress from Keegan. Don't bother going elsewhere. Who's Keegan? Keegan was my mattress guy at this store, and he was great. Being a very indecisive person, I spent 3 trips and several hours at this store, and at no point in time did Keegan play the role of that sales guy who pressures you into making a decision and buying something. Honestly there are Mattress Firms closer to where I live, but I kept going back to this one because I wanted to continue working with Keegan. This is why Keegan is great: 1. He's super knowledgeable: This guy does his homework. He knows everything about every single mattress at that store...things you may not even care about but still make you say "hm, that's interesting". 2. He actually retains the information he's trained on: You know when you go through job training and you only remember what you need to pass some test before you forget everything? Well this guy didn't forget everything. Apparently they train these mattress guys to read your body language as it relates to how you react when you test a mattress for the first time, and this guy remembered everything they taught him and dropped all that body language knowledge on me. It was impressive and it helped me make my mattress decision. 3. He's not weird: I was buying by myself and needed help testing the motion transferability of each mattress. He gladly helped by jumping beside me on the mattress so that I can make my assessment, and he was not weird about it at all. 4. He will move mattresses for you: I narrowed my decision down to 2 mattresses that were on completely opposite sides of the store. I was running back and forth to compare the mattresses, and he ended up just moving the entire mattress across the room right next to the one i was assessing so that i could just roll off of one mattress and onto the other to easily compare. 5. He'll do research for you: I finally decided I wanted a mattress that was similar to the one I have in my guest bedroom, so he told me to take a picture of the mattress tag and send it to him. This was an obscure mattress somebody gave me that was manufactured in China 10+ years ago, but he managed to find some information about it somewhere on the internet and was able to recommend a specific mattress for me. 6. He's patient: Wouldn't it drive you nuts if you had to deal with somebody as indecisive as me? Like I said, I spent 3 separate trips and 6+ hours at that store testing mattresses and going back and forth about which one i actually wanted. But Keegan stayed along for the whole ride, never pressuring me to make a decision and always being super helpful, friendly, and understanding of my difficulty to decide. So in summary, if you want to buy a mattress from someone who's not "salesy", who's got a strong work ethic and will literally move mattresses for you and put up with your fickleness without sacrificing good customer service, then you gotta buy your mattress here and ask for Keegan.

Went there to get a new mattress for my bed. They advertised free adjustable base with purchase. They don't tell you in the ad that it is only a head adjustable bed. If you want a head and foot adjustable bed which most people would expect is an additional charge of $599. Also to get the free adjustable base the mattress had to cost $600. I still bought the mattress and didn't take the base as I was replacing a Sleep Number bed with an adjustable base that was an i8 model that was a piece of junk that I couldn't get Sleep Number fix.
