This store is conveniently located across from the movie theaters on Rainbow just north of Lake Mead, in the same parking lot. I first notice how neat, clean well lite and well organized the store is. It's apparent at first glance they have a tremendous selection of mattresses, pillows, comforters and anything else sleep related. I was immediately greeted by Derek and asked, "How can I help you today?" I had a list of mattresses from a Google search but was told they were all internet only mattresses. I've gotten used to buying a lot of things online, but mattresses are not one of them. I told him I had seen their ad in todays paper and the Purple Mattress was my other preference from online research. We walked over to the Purple selection and he invited to try it out. Sold! The actual sales process was just as easy, with an offer of 24 months same as cash, no interest. Derek threw in a Purple brand mattress protector and scheduled delivery for tomorrow. Done deal. NO pressure, no up-selling, just a pleasant experience. Since buying a mattress is something one only does a few times in a lifetime, it's good to know there is a place one can go and then sleep well knowing you made a good investment in your health and wellbeing.

At first, I went to Firm Mattress looking for Icomfort Hybrid. The salesman wanted to give me a similar Icomfort mattress, not Hybrid and it was very expensive. He did not want to match the military advertisement I have on hand. The salesman said, "Go across the street to see my competitor. They have the Serta you are looking for. I bet Best Mattress won't match your military price." I went to Best Mattress to see if they have the Serta Icomfort Hybrid Blue fusion 300 and if he would match the military advertisement I have on hand with zero interest and delivery. He checked with the supervisor and price was matched. Unbelievable!! So I purchased it that evening and the Mattress set was delivered early the next morning at 9 a.m. The delivery guys came, set up the bed in less than 5 min., in and out. They were so quick that I did not even get their names. I highly recommend "Best Mattress" the place to shop. Sean(sales Representative) is so knowledgeable to all their products and explained well to us. Without Sean"s assistance, we would end up getting the full size bed and it will be shorter in length for my son. Thank you Sean for all your help. My son is so happy and well rested with his new mattress.

Lisa was very helpful in determining which mattress I'd like between the ton of brands they have like temperpedic, serta, icomfort, etc. Once I knew what I wanted, there was same-day delivery, and the people delivered the mattress, set it up, cleaned up after themselves, and would have also removed my old bed if I wanted them to. I also got a great price. It seems like Best Mattress is always running some kind of promotion, and I got in on the king-for-queen deal, saved about $600.

Bought a very special pillow. Yes, it was pricy but I've slept better than I have in months. I have neck and shoulder problems so have to side sleep and this pillow supports my head perfect. It doesn't shift or go flat which is what the cheap pillows do. If I wake up hot I flip the pillow and the other side is actually cool. Invest in better sleep. Its .oney well spent.
